I found the food basic, especially the gluten free options that were tasteless. The rooms were dated and the atmosphere in general was disappointing. Not many young adults among the guests, but mainly older couples.

The seating for dinner and breakfast is very tight so it is hard for everyone, guests and staff to move around without bumping into someone.

Great value for money and very friendly staff, especially Ksenija and her male colleague at reception (sorry, forgot the name). We stayed 2 separate nights and were very happy with all the services offered, there is even a playroom for kids which was brilliant for our little daughter.

It would have been nice if the chair at the desk had a back. The room could probably use some light renovations, and the air conditioner just barely worked.

The room is nice and comfortable, the location (right by the beach) is very nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffets both have a great variety of food (even if nothing is particularly great).

Location is beautiful, the staff at the hotel extremely helpful and professional. Special mention for Ksenija, which helped us in changing room and giving us lots of tips about the area. We are already thinking about coming back next year at one of the Aminess resort in Njivice.

The hotel took quite a long time to respond to messages via the booking.com app. It send a generic message about advanced check in which seemed a bit needless. It would have been much more useful if they sent a message about how and where to park on arrival. If you're thinking about biking - I could find any decent routes nearby - the route to Malinska involves going along a busy highway and, in the other direction, the mountain bike trail north of the town (as shown in the cycling map) is really rocky and no fun to cycle on.

Very helpful staff at reception. The hotel couldn't be more central in this little resort town. We rented bikes for a day, and the costs were reasonable (10 euros for half a day, 20 euros for an ebike). The showers were really powerful & hot.

There was no space in the hotel parking lot, we have to park in a public parking lot, far away from the hotel.

The rooms are quite small and the furniture is getting old. Also I was not satisfied by the cleanliness of the rooms, there was some waste of the previous guests and everything was a bit dusty. Important for older peaople is that at least our room was not fully reachable by the elevator, there was half of a floor in between.

The hotel is located directly at the sea front. The beach and the city center are easy and fast to reach. Also the beach bar of the hotel offers good food during lunch time. Highly apprecheated is the choice of free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks during dinner.

As there is no long beach on the hotel it was hard to find towels, also the pricing on umbrealla and/or chaise-longs were exorbitant, since the entirety of the beach is owned by the same company.

Dinner and breakfast was awesome, staff was helpful and tried to find solutions to every issue presented. Beach was clean, and the location satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location by the sea was truly idyllic, and the views from the rooms on the seaside were exceptional, adding that extra touch I was seeking for weekend off. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every taste. I must mention the complimentary beverages during dinner (juices, beer), which is a rare treat in hotels of this kind. Additionally, the hotel offers the option to rent good-quality bicycles (including e-bikes), e-scooters, and e-skateboards, making it even more convenient to explore the area. The staff deserves special praise; I haven't encountered such friendly and accommodating personnel along the Croatian coast in years. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable stay by the sea."

Veya location is just perfect, by the sea side. Look from the hotel restaurant on the evenings is beautiful. Hotel staff was pleasant and nice, expecially from the reception. We will definitely come again! :)
