loungers outside not comfortable and we did notice that all the nails were loose and sticking straight out of all the slats which was very dangerous. it was therefore not possible to use the loungers to relax in which was one of the main reasons we booked this property

Great location - very close to the Palace and nested within Old Town, but in a residential area, not noisy at all. The bedroom was great, blockout curtains were super helpful to sleep in late with all the sun outside :D great A/C and shower too! The staff were very kind as well

Fantastic location in the old town. Small property with just 5 rooms. Excellent staff, always answered emails and texts quickly if we needed anything.

There is no staff at the property at all - that’s an issue if something (like getting the key card from locked key card holder) does not work. Hot water enough for one hairwash only, my husband got a cold shower 😅

This place is perfectly situated in Split. It is away from all the tourists but close enough where we could walk to everything - only about 5 minutes walk to the center. It was on a cute residential street. It felt extremely safe and secure because of the various codes to get into the property. It was perfect really.

Really lovely, luxury apartment - spacious, clean with cool decor. Great location. Incredibly thorough arrival instructions and friendly/helpful staff on hand via WhatsApp throughout stay. Would highly recommend!

We included breakfast in our booking, which unfortunately was provided by third party who are not pleasant with the service. Staff are rude and unwelcoming.

Clean and quiet. Close to city centre. Easy instructions on check-in. Staff always on standby for assistance.

The shower draining wasn't great had to turn off yhe shower after a while and let the water go down otherwise would overflow into the rest of the bathroom.

Location was great which was 2min walk from the old town. Room was clean and done to a good standard.

Superb location, so close to the palace yet so peaceful. Newly refurbished to a high standard, bed was super comfy! Cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! The management team also answered any queries we had really quickly via booking.com. Couldnt have asked for more.

No extra shower at the pool or a change-room if you have early check-out and still want to enjoy Split or the nice pool. Also a luggage storing room would be a great extra. Communication about breakfast and house keeping times would be nice. We needed to ask for it. I think because they just opened this place, so no hard feeling there.

Absolutely the location and look and feel of the place. Ibiza style, good breakfast at a local restaurant and nice bed in the bedroom. 2 minute walk and you are in the center. Close to everything. Good airco, you dont hear any loud noises. We fell in love with Split also because of this outstanding place. Just perfect!

There could be more information available regarding the online check in and key box system - although we managed this with no real issues.

Stylish and comfortable rooms with small pool and sun beds available. The location is very central but still quiet. Good WiFi. Good amenities in the room - kettle, teas, coffees and board games. Staff were able to keep our bags safe until check in.

Its a fantastic cute hotel in the heart of Split! The rooms are super nice and clean, the outdoor area has a nice pool where you can cool down and have a nice drink :). The hotel is located in the city center means you are well connected but its still a quiet place! We will definitely come back to this place ♥️

Beautiful and peaceful gem, perfect location in old city center, Cafés/shops/restaurants etc. just around the corner, easy check-in and check-out. Pool and outdoor area is just beautiful.

Summary: There is NO staff onsite and it is impossible to contact anyone outside office hours . We were given 1 keycard on arrival and unfortunately left it in the room a few minutes past 10pm (which was when the office - which is offsite, closes) on our first night. For over 1 hour, we tried to contact someone, using all the means of communication we were provided with. We even contacted booking.com to help us. No one responded to any of our calls, or texts. Booking.com was unable to contact anyone as well. We fortunately had friends in the city and so ended up staying at their place for night. It was not until the next morning that they got back to us and gave us a key. This was a rocky start for our trip and and our friends (who are locals) were surprised about how this played out. We were thankful it was not anything more serious (a maintenance emergency or something of the sort), but if we didn't know people in town, we would have had to pay for another night at another property. Other minor thing; room was much smaller in person than in pictures.

Short walk to all the cool places and the hotel grounds is super pretty.

We were given 2 towels to last us 5 days and no where to dry them off in our room.

Loved the bedroom, bed was extremely comfortable!
