The rooms are very simple, and won’t win awards for design. But everything is very clean!

Comfortable, very simple rooms very close to Entrance 2 of Plitvice. Although it’s still advisable to go by car. The landlady is very welcoming and serves a great breakfast! In the evening it’s only a 8 minute walk to Antonio, a local restaurant.

excellent breakfast great advice for seeing things by the owner. At the info booth gate 2, ( my wife is handicapped ) we wee told over and over it could not be done with a wheelchair. The owner advised us how to go, where to go, to access the boat ,the train, etc. We had a great experience. We tried 3 times previously, we finally did it. Thank you House Samardzic and the weather. Plitvice Jezera is great.

A lot of space and complete kitchen with everything what you possibly would need. Short walking distance to the gate #1. Very clean and the host is ready to help with anything.

Location - just a short walk from Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes. Hospitality - the host is very courteous and accommodating. We booked two lovely rooms with adjoining bathrooms that were clean and pleasant to stay in. The breakfast provided was good. Totally recommended 😊

We chose this place to visit the famous Plitvice Lakes National Park. We found it very demanding to drive to the park, visit it, and then continue driving. But I still imagine that it would not be impossible.

A cosy room, which is not missing anything! The owner and her son were very nice and helpful. We only stayed there for a night and it was very good value for money. The house is located in a very quiet area but close to the bus stop and a 25 minute walk from Entrance 2 to Plitvice.

The location is perfect if you don’t have a car. Flixbus stop is a few minute walk from here and it’s about a 30 min walk to the park through shaded woodland. The facilities were clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed for a two night stay.

Clean rooms with decent size, my room no 5 stood pleasantly cool throughout the hot days and provided quiet and comfortable night sleep without need for airconditioning. Bonus- Plitvice entrance 2 is just about 20 minutes to walk through forest roads and you can avoid hassle with public parking.

Only accept cash payment, I chose the breakfast option when I booked and in the morning, at 8:45am it was too late to take it (???)

I loved the location and the sound of the forest when it was raining 🫶🏻 the room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Had no problems with the hot water, we had plenty and there was pressure too

Very good and quiet place to stay close to Plitvice Lake National park. Friendly host, good breakfast and parking for a car, very good location. We arrived very late and spent just a night over there but everything was good.

Nice owners. The fact that they do serve a breakfast, which is a positive and rare fact in this region, where unnecessarily overpriced accomodation without breakfast is otherwise the rule.

The friendly lady of the house welcomed us with the key of the room but gave us time to get installed and freshen up before proceeding to check-in formalities. The room itself is basic but comfortable. Our room was on the groundfloor for easy access. The breakfast was served in the breakfast room. Fresh coffee and all that you need, bread, various spreads, salami and cheese, cereals, a fresh egg and juice. Finally, the location is perfect nearby Plitvice lake.

Good idea to organise your transport to Plitvice prior. we are need finding a walking trail to entrance as you can’t walk on the road!

Nice clean room and there’s a cute little restaurant next door plus you can walk to Plitvice entrance 1 from here otherwise it’s an easy taxi. also right near the bus stop from Zadar!

there were no mosquitos nets on the windows so we couldn’t open them to ventilate the room. the air was a bit stuck inside

Nothing in the room, not even a glass for drinks. Small rooms with a minimum inside. It was set to be a bed and breakfast but we were refused breakfast and is nearly impossible to get one in the area, unless you are prepared to pay 16€ pp for a buffet breakfast...

Nice setting, peaceful. Nice bathroom and comfy bed.
