We were extremely pleasantly surprised just about everything in the Holiday Park Mimoza. The hosts are great - kind and helpful. Everything in the house is in great condition, comfortable, functional, and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are fabulous as well. 10++

Hospitality, nice private apartment with private parking, big terrace with outdoor grill. Excellent for families with small children. Suitable for longer stay or weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Park Mimoza in Bašanija. We had everything we were looking for: clean and comfy accommodation, a place where our child could play and safely explore, privacy and the opportunity to hang out with other guests at the same time, lots of shade, peaceful nights and the vicinity of the sea. Miha also let us rent bikes so we could cycle to the sandy beach nearby. Thanks! 🙂 We would recommend this holiday rental to everyone who looks for a proper accommodation for families with children. this below is just a suggestion: maybe just a little bit more attention on the games for babies it would be super. no problem at all but just some of them are a little bit dangerous if no parents are there.

location really pleasant, 150 meter far from the sea and in a very relaxing and comfortable place. owner are super friendly and always available in any moment. it's very good also for children asinternal games and entertainment area are present especially for them.

Great property among pine trees to ensure shade but still very light, clean, and comfortable. Each property has a little porch/veranda in front, with table and chairs and grill. It is extremely quite with an occasional squirrel throwing nuts on top of the porch :-). Ideal for families with kids as it is also fenced (each bungalow gets its own parking spot within the gate). The beach is 5 minutes walk, it is rocky but has ok access to the sea, which is very clean. There is also a pool on the beach that can be used free of charge. A supermarket with basics, two bakeries and three restaurants are in walking distance (5-10 min). WiFi also worked perfectly and the owners were super hospitable and helpful.

The location was great, 2-3 minutes walk from the nice stony beach and close to local bars and restaurants as well as to the food store. The bungalow was surrounded by beautiful trees, which gave a cool rest from the sun. The outside patio was very nice to rest, cook and entertain. The owner friendly and helpful. Kitchenette well equipped and additional cooking space outside on the patio was very comfortable. Quite small children bedroom with bunk bed but after all it was only for sleeping so it does not ultimately affect the overall very positive assessment. Basanija is a quiet location lovely for families with children but it is close to Umag where you can find more entertainment, restaurants and do the shopping if you need to. Staying there for holiday was a real pleasure.

We only stayed for two nights at the accomodation, but we loved the location close to the sea, the comfy accomodation and the kind owner and his great staff who were always very nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend it!

It is somewhat expensive.

New, well equipped vacation houses. 5min walk from Pineta beach. The hotel has its own children's park and there are several good restaurants (for all budgets) nearby.

Friendly, intelligent and very beautifull lady who take cares of everything and if you ask her something than she answers within a minute. Even if you asks her something about the city she gives you fast an answer. The best place where I booked till now.
