Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The location is so perfect if you dont wanna climb up the stairs in the heat! Ms. Nada is such a sweetheart and she just made our stay 10x better. The place is sooo clean. Got everything you need for a short stay. Thank you Silvija and Ms. Nada!! Missing this place already. I would definitely come back. :)

Position

This is the best position ever, if on quick vist to Debrovnik. Right at the entrance to the old town gate.

Because you are so close to the city, the location is not especially quiet. We shut the windows, but there are some nearby clubs that play loud music until late into the night and it's hard to completely block out the bass throb. It wasn't a big problem for us, but light sleepers or folks who are sensitive to noise should be aware.

Nada was an extremely gracious, responsive, and accommodating host. The room is comfortable, has A/C, and its own bathroom. The only thing lacking (for us) was a small desk. But no complaints -- it was as advertised. There is a lovely little balcony where you can sit outside and watch the street scene. By far the best thing about this room was its location. It is in a very cute building, literally across the street from the entrance to the old city and just a few steps away from a very nice (albeit somewhat crowded) public beach. A convenience store and various cafes as well as the cable car station are also very close.

We thought the balcony was private and accessed from the room, but it was shared.

The location was excellent and incredibly view of the city gate. A great spot to people watch.

No complaints at all. All good.

Nada is just the best host possible. Everyday she left snacks for me and on checkout gifted some Dubrovnik souvenirs. The location is excellent as well (Right next to one of the gates of the Old City). AirCon and Wi-Fi work and sheets / towels are super clean. Overall highly recommended.

Location, authentic Croatian experience. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony a bonus.

This location is perfect. Just outside the old city walls, taxi & bus stop right outside and a beach within 100 metres, plus excellent local restaurant choices. Nada is a lovely lady who spoilt us and we loved every moment there.

The AC was quite loud.

Perfect location - this is really the first house outside the city walls at one of the two biggest city gates. Good soundproof windows ensured that we were not bothered by the bar and restaurant downstairs

Sometimes it can get a little noisy, although I expected it to be worse based on the reviews I’ve read. There was only one night in our four nights stay where I could hear some noice. It didn’t bother us at all though. Also, the balcony is right outside of the room, not inside like we thought at first. But we were still the only people using it, so we had no issue with that.

Location was perfect - close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, the beach & a few minutes away from the old town. Bus stop was right next to the property. The room was clean and spacious. There was a coffee machine with free coffee and tea provided. Toiletries in the bathroom & a hairdryer. Air-conditioning was great. Mrs Nana was staying in a room next to ours and was a great host. Although she didn’t speak English very well, she was always kind and helpful - allowed us to borrow un umbrella when it rained & gave us free walnuts or ice cream almost everyday! At the end, we received a little gift from her which was very adorable.

Unfortunately most nights there was live music in a restaurant nearby, but the room, location and host more than made up for this.

Ideally located guesthouse just outside one of the main gates of Dubrovnik old town. Our host (Nada) was very kind and supplied some initial drinks as well as some parting gifts. Very sweet lady.

It can be noisy in the evening till midnight, with music from nxt door's venue. However there is aircon and double glass windows so it did not worry us.

Great location to the old city, bakery across, swimming rocks 2 steps away. Small nice balcony just outside the bedroom to sit and enjoy a drink. Nice very friendly lady who also gave us presents

Room is a little small.

Location is the best thing about this property. Price was also good. The owner does not speak English but is very cute. She lives on the same floor which is a narrow and steep on flight of stairs.

Unfortunately it was quite noisy outside as there was live music playing in the bar outside the Guesthouse every night 8 till midnight. We found it difficult to get to sleep.

Absolutely perfect location, could not have asked for better. Nada as a host was super warm, welcoming and utterly lovely. Amazing touch with allowing us to leave our luggage at the property so we could enjoy a final day at the beach even after checking out.
