Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandThere was work going on the outside of the building, there was scaffolding up, we were woken after 7am the first morning by the builders.
The bedroom was small but very comfy, very bright & modern. We stayed for 3 nights, in that time the room was cleaned & we were given fresh towels. The host had left bottles of water & beer in the fridge to welcome us, which was a very nice gesture.

Family running business. Complementary shuttle bus from ferry terminal to the hotel was great. Blackfast was excellent. Away location from party groups and peaceful location. Massage service to the room was great and very reasonable price with skilled person, Anthony.
