Just an FYI that the aircon is only in the communal areas, not in the bedrooms so some nights were really hot trying to sleep and had to leave bedroom doors open. Most of the nights were ok but when it got about 34 degrees we struggled. The one other complaint would be the deluxe apartment en-suite bathroom smelled quite badly when we first checked in. We covered the drain in the shower with towels and it made it a little bit better.

Perfect location for festivals at the garden in Tisno. All 3 apartments we had were great, easy communication with the host and had everything we needed as well as a really nice outside area.

The only minus was the bed, which was actually a couch. It became comfy the second day, so we did get used to it.

The location was close to the beach and everything was nearby (pharmacy, shop, bakery...). The apartment is small, but cosy, clean and with modern installations. The host gives you a parking ticket, so the parking in the city was free for the whole stay.

Booking on booking. Com using my credit card and then having no choice but to pay cash , this took me 4 days as there is a daily limit on the atm. The point of using a card on large amounts .

We expected to have a terrace as we saw this on the pictures. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. It was expensive for what we got. The walls are also very thin and we experienced some trouble. During summer, the room is under the roof so it's almost impossible to cool down the rooms. The airconditioning is not in the bedrooms so it doesn't really help.

The host was very kind and helped us when we had trouble.

The smell throughout the apartment was awful due to the drains in the second bathroom. It stank from the moment we arrived until the morning we left. Three of our party found alternative accommodation due to the appalling odour generated from that second bathroom. A plumber was unable to visit the apartment to address the issue, and the bleach provided didn't work. When I asked Katarina for compensation via WhatsApp, no reply received. Very limited outside space on the terrace, ideally could be expanded to include more seating or a hot tub, especially for the price paid

Katarina was very accommodating and bought everything we requested very quickly. The accommodation was very clean and spacious and a short walk from The Garden resort in Tisno.

Like so many of these Booking.com listings, you have to be very careful you check the photos of the actual apartment you're booking. We didn't do this, which is strange as I would ordinarily, but on arrival what we thought was a two bed flat with balcony was a single, very small room. This was disappointing ... we're both 50 and having to sleep on a sofa bed was also disappointing, while the bedding was pretty atrocious. Why they've bothered with a kitchenette in such a tiny space is beyond me, especially as the fridge was the noisiest thing in the flat. Some instructions would also have been nice ... WiFi passwords are generally quite useful ... The lady that greeted us did good hospitality; the burly guy in the seat, when we were asking about boat hire, didn't. Being met with sarcasm when booking into someone's accommodation was unexpected ...

Good location; quiet despite being next to the road; good shower and aircon. Excellent HD TV with all your regular services on ... if you need a break from the searing heat!

On the busiest street, very loud traffic, photos showed balconies but there were no balconies.
