The deck chairs at the pool area! So uncomfortable for such a nice pool! I'm sure they could cut down on the bar chairs by adding sunbeds. People hanging around longer by the pool would surely increase bar profits, would it not? Also, beware that they do close the pool often for private events. We were lucky as the pool didn't get closed after all when we arrived, but it was supposed to be, and it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Every staff member we encountered was really kind and responsive to any issues we had. They are an asset to the hotel! The rooms are gorgeous and really comfortable. The hotel decor was fabulous and some great amenities.

There are a few aspects worth noting: 1) It seems that the room's air conditioning cannot be controlled from the bed. If you wish to adjust it during the night, you must get up and leave the bed. Additionally, there is no light switch near the bed to control the bathroom light, requiring you to go to the entrance door where various switches are located to find the correct one. 2) The restaurant menu is relatively limited for a hotel of this size. It would be beneficial to offer a wider variety of options, including more choices suitable for coeliacs.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the staff. The check-in process was expedited due to our use of the fast check-in option prior to arrival. Within minutes, we had our room keys and were pleased to find we received our requested higher-floor room. The view was spectacular and the room itself was excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the television offered multiple channels in various languages. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, and the hotel provided several dining options, catering to a range of preferences.

It’s a bit out of the city center, but a 10 min cab ride or 45 min walk gets you there. And if I have to say something, I found it weird that there was no rain shower - but that’s a detail :)

Fairly new hotel in ZG (used to be the Panorama). Nice modernization and amazing breakfast & dinner choices. Rooftop pool is a nice touch. Only rooftop in Zagreb if I'm not mistaken.

Incredibly designed rooms. The attention to details is spot on! The location is near the city center. Only 20ish minute walk. The views from higher flowers are also stunning. The rooftop bar with the pool could not be better.

Having to walk up 3 steps to the bed located on a platform was a possible safety issue with sore knees. Especially in the night.
