BulgariaIt was not very clean. A deep cleaning and a renovation would make this place maybe 3 times more expensive than what we payed considering the magnificent view. There is only one air conditioner in the living room which is on the oposite side of the bedroom and it was hard to maintain good temperature in 37 degrees outside. However, there was a fan which made things a bit better. Maybe some western europeans would consider the building or the elevator 'scary' but as a Bulgarian I am very used to this kind of architecture :D No clothes hangers in the wardrobe nor a place to dry wet clothes.
The view was breathtaking, the best possible, overlooking the bay, the old town and the sunset. Everything was very close, and yet we were far from the crowds and the noise. The apartment is very spacious with separate living room, kitchen and bedroom. Eventhough there is no balcony, the French windows open up on both sides and it is as if you are outside. Black out blinds. We found the bed and pillows comfortable. The bed was hard as I like it and the pillow I think was with geese fluff.

PolandWe had some troubles with getting the code to the keys, but the owner picked the phone right away and helped us.
Great location, just few minutes from city center. There's a small cafe and bakary right next to the building. The apartament is spacious and has many useful amenities. I loved the second room with a beautiful view and a cute table right next to the window, perfect for breakfast.

United KingdomUnfortunately the first impressions are terrible and feels like you have arrived in a war zone , the taxi driver was asking us f we would be ok and have we got the right address due to the rubbish and offensive graffiti the worst part is the lift and your heart is in your mouth if it is going to breakdown
The overall location and view is incredible and possibly the best view possible of Zadar

BrazilDifficult to access the key. Very strong smell of cigarettes and dirty facilities. The worst was to find an open condom package in the room.
The view but does not overcome the lack of cleanliness of the property.
