Exceptional apartment with flair; spacious and light filled. Just across the street is the broad foreshore promenade. Owner has thought of everything, including the small things guests may need on arrival to settle in immediately. Milk for example. Extremely well organized apartment;, a very functional, well appointed kitchen. Spotless, clean. Sparkling clean windows and shutters!! Glimpses of the ocean promenade through the trees. A short walk to shopping, restaurants and old towns traffic free streets. A pleasant stroll along the promenade to the sea organ and solar night display nearby. Wished we had planned for longer stay at this apartment and in Zadar itself.

The apartment is very cosy and there is a lift (albeit small) in the building providing easy access if you have bigger luggage. Bruschetta restaurant and a small groceries store is located at the ground floor. Sea Organ/Riva and the old town is about 5-7 mins walk away.

The lift to go up the apartment, it's too narrow.

The location is good, near the beach, just a few minutes to go to the bus stop. The landlord is super good, kind and very helpful, she kept lots of food for us in the room, even considering the baby diaper. Highly recommend.

A newly renovated, very well equipped and a perfectly positioned apartment in Zadar Old Town. Kitchen was stocked with basic supplies, as well as nice extras. The spotless and modern bathroom had shampoo and toothpaste and the washing machine had detergent. We didn't have to buy or use the basics we took with us. This apartment is stylish, comfortable and well managed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Its not cheap to stay here but 5* quality comes at a price.

Having a crowded restaurant very close to the apartment could be annoying if you want to go to sleep early (but in that case I would suggest to not rent close to the city center). The building could be improved (for instance the elevator is quite small). However, these things are not under the control of the host; I definitely recommend you to rent here! :D

The apartment was very nice and clean. Moreover, it is in a wonderful position, very close to the sea and to the center of Zadar. Marina is a wonderful host, she did her best to make us feel at home. She is super friendly and provided us some information about the city. The check-out was also super fast, we just had to let the keys in a dedicated box.
