    The studio flat is dark and damp. No space outside to relax or put a table as it is located in a courtyard shared with several apartments.

    Horrible stay and some of the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. Even when they initiated the messages to ask me about our check in time, they didn’t respond despite me asking 2 days before. They gave no indication about how the check in worked so when we arrived there was no information about how to check in and there was no one there. We tried messaging (no response) then finally we had to call and the person we spoke to was horrible. She ranted and practically yelled at me on the phone for a long time and treated me like an idiot for asking if there was anywhere to store our bags until the room was ready. She even tried to cancel the room on us completely. She would hardly let me get a word in, I just had to listen to her having a go at me. She kept going even when I said that it was fine and we would just wait. After the conversation finally finished she called back and it turned out the room was ready the whole time so she gave us the code to get in. She never sent us the wifi code so we had to follow up with her to get it. The place itself was very damp and smelt terrible. Even the duvet was damp and our bags got damp just from being on the floor. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. It was mostly clean but the toilet brush was dirty as were a few other things around the place including hair in the freezer. The only rubbish bin was in the bathroom so scraps from the kitchen etc had to be taken in there. There was a horrible chair and table outside but it looked like it belonged to the next door apartment and there was no garden as advertised, just a small courtyard and some pot plants. On our 2nd day some of the ceiling fell down in the bathroom.

    Great location, within walking distance of main attractions and bus stop. Close to a supermarket.
