Sad there was no bar fridge in the room.....

Location was excellent for our needs. Close to the station and within walking distance to the old town. Nice locker storage in their transfer lounge to keep luggage safe and secure. Breakfast was good and plentiful!

I have been staying here regularly for twenty years. The rooms are large and (at the back) very quiet. Lovely bathrooms and air con you can switch off. The lobby area is great for working (at the big table) or just enjoying a drink. Tram stop outside for a short trip to the city centre.

It was exceptionally hot, Europe was having a heatwave. The ice machines on floors 2 and 4 were broken :-( But the bar always gave us plenty of ice. We just had to go downstairs to get it.

Hotel was great - 10 minute walk from City Center, close to restaurants etc... We didn't use public transportation, just walked between hotel and city center. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast in the restaurant was great. Rooms were large and comfortable. Lattes from the bar were excellent :-)

The bedrooms tend to be small for a family of 4.

Breakfast is excellent both in terms of quality and choice. We also appreciated the overall relaxed ambience within the hotel. Also appreciated the water stations in the hotel and the free ice. Nice touch. Very cordial and helpful staff.

Rooms are very masculine with big low chairs and masculine bathrooms. A bit old fashioned these days for business women who travel a lot.

Hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. Hotel location is within walking distance of the centre and has a tram stop outside. (You can pay the tram driver in cash!) The room was very clean and fairly comfortable. Good breakfast and restaurant has a good choice of food. Quirky foyer. Easy to get a taxi or uber to and from the airport. Tea and coffee in the room, which was great for us tea drinkers in Europe

The gym is actually not a gym. Does not allow to do any kind of muscular workout.

Finding the car park for the hotel is a bit a problem as they are sharing the car park and you have to pay for it.

The elevator was always overcrowded and we couldn’t take the stairs instead because the stairs doors are locked from the inside.So you can take the stairs when you going down but you can’t get to your floor going up.

Hotel was well situated only a short walk to the old city. The decor was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We also liked that you had a choice of breakfast buffet or a la carte breakfast.

- scale in the faucet, which caused the water to splash, but we cleaned it ourselves by removing the mesh head, which we scraped and shook out as much as we could - water filters only on two floors - the ventilation in the bathroom is not ideal, slow extraction of odors and you can't turn it on/off separately, at least we haven't figured out how and where to do it

- central location between the main train and bus stations, the tram stop is right in front of the building - cute bookshelves decor in the lobby, cozy atmosphere - friendly front desk staff, fast check in/out service - clean and quiet room facing the inner courtyard, super comfy bed - delicious breakfast and a sufficiently varied selection of food

Occasionally the staff forgot to replenish things in the room but responded instantly when asked. The cereal at breakfast was not what I liked but that has been the case in most hotels in Europe. They cater well for hot and savoury foods but not much for people like me who like cereal and fruit for breakfast. The location is in a slightly run down section of town and a 10 minute walk from the centre.

This is a lovely hotel with very quirky features. I love the decor of the lobby and bar with it's bookshelves and quirky light fittings. We booked a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous with a lovely big walk in shower. Breakfast was tasty and well set up. We ate dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and the food was of a very high standard.

. housekeeping cleaning the room next to mine at 7.15 hrs on sunday - i went to speak to the lady who was apologetic but too late i was awake. can we find a way to enjoy the "sleep" tag we put on the door + the check-out time of noon to catch up on sleep (i know housekeeping has a job to do, but that early ? let them lie in too !!) - dinner at their restaurant was just ok, i wouldn't eat there again FYI - the hotel is a little out of the center, so not a lot of dining options right outside

location 10/10 right by the train station room 10/10 best bathroom i've ever had and the king-size bed was great too (room 123) personnel 10/10 super helpful and friendly staff at reception check-out is 12 noon which is great (refer to "negative" comment below) tram stop just outside as it's a short walk to the center
