Beautifully designed, very spacious, fabulous location close to everything in the old city. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Choice of breakfast delivered to the room each morning - excellent quality. Our host was extremely helpful. Check out their sushi restaurant as well.

This property is in prime location and beautiful, totally luxurious. Karla the host is very nice and the breakfast lady too. Breakfast is yummy, bed are very comfy and bathroom is spacious and nice, the whole place is new and tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was limited to a selection of few dishes.

This is the place if you want to stay as central as possible in the old town. Located just off the main street and 2’ from Pile gate. It’s no hotel but rather a managed facility with only a few rooms. The building is beautifully renovated, the rooms spacious and the decor very nice. In room Breakfast is provided, though the selection is limited. You don’t have staff on location but they are only a call or a sms away, if you should need anything. So if you’re looking for a centrally located place to stay, I highly recommend this location. If you need a hotel with 24h hour service, this is not the place for you.

Stayed for 2 nights, property is in a great location in the heart of the Old Town & is walkable to all the sites within minutes Bright, clean & comfortable and an excellent breakfast brought to your room. Our host greeted us was very friendly, gave lots of info about Dubrovnik & easily contactable during our stay.

It’s right on the Main Street so can be a bit loud at night if you’re a light sleeper

Rooms are noisy with workers on the road below starting at 4am banking their trucks and getting work done till 8 am before tourists come thru

The apartment is located in a very good position. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, both the owner and the employees. Everything! What a charming place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. The room was lovely with nice details, from the art on the walls to the coffee/tea offerings. The bathroom was spacious and pristine. One of my favorite parts of the stay is that for the breakfast included in the booking they provided a menu you could order from and they brought it to your room.
