The location of the resort is very good. The sea is a few minutes away. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is very tasty and delicious. There are many dishes to choose from. The rooms are cleaned every day.

The staff was very helpful, open to hear feedback and supportive. - We traveled as a big family to celebrate a birthday, and they remembered that and let us bring our own champagne and gave us nice glasses for it - There was a problem with one of the rooms we had been assigned and they were very accomodating and proposed a good solution, upgrading us to another room, which we really appreciated!

The property has everything! Indoor pool, outdoor pools, beach with sunbeds and umbrellas available to all resort users. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Hot water in the shower didn’t last quite long enough.

Very comfortable and clean, quiet, right on the water with a long shoreline path that you can take into town. Great breakfast, great mattress, very nice staff. Lots of terraces and options of where to sit and a nice mix of indoor and outdoor.

Everything was so nice and great quality. Hotel is more than I expected, girls at the reception were so nice, kind and helpful. Staff at restaurant so kind. Also they have pool for kids and my daughter was enjoying it. Sadly I didn't have time for spa but next time definitely. Room was so clean and I have only kind words for this hotel. When I come back to Malinska Im definitely staying here again.

Everything was perfect, all the staff was really kind and helpful, all the receptionists, all the restaurant and bar staff, the cleaning staff and service, everything was lovely! The WiFi was super fast everywhere and it was very peaceful place, the beach is directly at the hotel, very nice and clean water. All in all fabulous stay! We will come back again!

We experienced a heavy rain (which is, of course, out of the management responsibility), but the entrance to our room was wet and slippery. Some of the people from the staff smoked in the garage, so it was a terrible smell there. It is not just one cigarette that we experienced, but just continous behaviour. The whole garage smells like an ashtray. I was offered some nice perks from the hotel for a good booking.com review. As I said I always write 100% truth on booking.com, so other visitors could trust in my reviews. I have more than 100 honest reviews and I am proud of them. I have accepted nice perks because I really like your hotel, but I would never write anything, which is untrue. Guys, the review can always be edited after submitting. It is not how you get good scores. You deserve very, very good score (I would say around 9,4), but not this way. This is an updated (edited) review, as the original review was short done via mobile phone and this is a longer write.

Very, very, very friendly staff at reception! Very, very, very friendly staff at the restaurant! We got some good hints for our next destination (restaurants, gelaterias, etc.) and that was 100% best advise we could get. The food was good - the choice was not huge, but big enough. We had a chance to enjoy local specialities. I would say the food was 8/10. We had some issues with the extra bed (broken leg, missing some of the bed clothes) and that was solved immediately (even it was a holiday in the country and we were afraid that technical people are not on site).

The breakfast coffee is not the best. The dinner buffed is expensiv, if you're not eating any fish or seafood and the a la card restaurant is just 'till 6p.m.

Very crouded beach and stones (we like more sandy beaches), but that's usual for this location:)

Friendly and helpful staff, very wise planning of facilities (rooms, parking, pool, restaurant, access to the beach). All floors accessible by elevator. Excellent organisation at the restaurant: all tables are immediately cleaned, food refilled, irrespectively of when you come for breakfast, very is full range of food and many tables available.
