There was a smell everytime we come back to the room but soon disappeared once we was in the room.

Bed were comfy, Room was high quality, nice and modern, very clean, bathroom was very nice and supplied with bathroom bits, great location from the nightlife, great supermarket right underneath, stones throw away from the beach, breakfast was very nice also.

Absolutely immaculate hotel breakfast was fabulous and those Decks and Hot Tub WOW!!!! would stay again and will recommend 100%. Right outside door walk to restaurants, coffee, drinks, shops, marina….Staff went out of their way to make our trip the Best! Thank you so very much Simone and Silva.

Everything was amazing and more. This hotel is managed by people dedicated to make your holidays the best. New hotel with fantastic view that inspires your mornings and evenings. And being there in the lower season where Novalja is not full just adds up to the perfection.

due to technical problems, we did not get the room we booked to be fair we had to pay the price for the room we got the person at the breakfast was a little bit overstrained (the coffee machine did not work, the eggs and sausages were cold)

As cons: - the fire detector just in the middle of the ceiling. It flickered all night and was very annoying. I was in a lot of hotels but never experienced such a thing - the smell in the room - even if the sound proof between rooms was quite good, the sound proof from windows was nonexistent

Great location, center of Novalja, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Breakfast was great. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Predivno iskustvo u ovom hotelu. Oduševljena sam i zaista nismo imali nikakvu zamerku. Osoblje je zaista divno i prijatno. Sobe su velike i čiste. Lokacija je pun pogodak.

- We had to change our rooms, the first one was noisy because of the air conditioning machines on the outside of the building. - Really average breakfast. - Parking is around 200 meters from the hotel, you need to park your car somewhere else, check-in, then you can drive to the parking, pretty annoying after a long trip. - Rooms are poorly soundproofed. - Tiny elevator. - My impression was that the hotel is understaffed.

There was only one downside, and we didn't know if it was a regular thing or occasional, but on arrival , the room smelled bad, and there were problems with sewerage. We opened the window and closed the door to the bathroom, and left it with a fan on. It was ok at begging. But in the morning, it was awful. As I understood, the staff knew about it. And the problem was in a couple of rooms. And we knew there were free rooms, but they didn't offer to change the room or give us compensation. It's a really good hotel, but this wasn't a nice experience.

Hotel was good, modern, fresh. Nice breakfast, good location. Comfortable beds. Everything was clean and nice. Hotel have some parking places aswell.
