The off the menu food in the restaurants was very good. The buffet felt more like cruise ship food which was just ok. I felt maybe we paid m ore than it was worth. But then again when you are running a buffet for 4 connected properties I understand there are some challenges. So if I had to pick 1 issue it would be that but it would not factor in my decision to stay here again.

The view from our room was amazing! Our room was huge and almost felt like a suite. We only stayed here 2 nights and it rained our entire last day so we didn't get to full enjoy all of the amenities. of this property. But I loved the location, the view, the staff, and the room. Next time we'll book 4-7 days here. Great choice!

On arriving at reception the view out of the glass fronted balcony is nothing short of breathtaking! Our room was very spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast certainly didn't disappoint with everything you could think of available sat on the outside terrace overlooking the sea! After breakfast you can use one of the three outdoor pools or indoor pool available. Then there is the spa or gymnasium to occupy you. If you want something a little more relaxing, then take a walk along the promenade to the nearby village where you'll find many bars and restaurants to eat, drink and relax. All in all a stunning hotel in a draw droppingly beautiful setting with staff who are warm and friendly!

Pillows in the bed cause headache.

Hotel in a beautiful setting. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. Large bathrooms, all clean. Great choice at breakfast and dinner. Comfortable bed, only the pillow was uncomfortable. Spa area with Finnish and aroma sauna, indoor and outdoor pools with sun beds. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, it was everything we needed, and more. Many pools, restaurants, sunbeds. It was so peaceful and the view from our room was phenomenal. We seen other hotels when out and about and we will 100% book the Ariston again. Staff were very helpful at all times.

Location is a bit far from Old Town Dubrovnik, I had to use Uber to transit back and forth to the hotel. There’s a nice scenic path to the town of Lapin but I wish the hotel had maps or signs of it to inform guests better

Excellent location in a quiet area but close enough to busier places in a walking distance. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had the most beautiful view (sea view) and the sun beds were an option every day - so was the sea.

We liked everything - fabulous Hotel with helpful and professional staff. We had a room on the 5th floor with stunning views of the sea. The no 6 bus outside the hotel complex provides an excellent service into Dubrovnik - runs every 10 mins and takes approx 20 mins . A big thank you to all the staff

The property is not close to any of the attractions in Dubrovnik.

The rooms here are reasonably large with good internet. The hotel is a bit confusing to navigate, with multiple elevators. It is really more of a seaside resort so to get anywhere you hav to take a public bus. The staff was helpful and the included breakfast offered many options.

Check in . we were given our room key and someone to take our luggage to the bedroom. \Would have been helpful to have been told a bit more about the hotel- facilities , where breakfast was etc. We had to keep asking questions as it's a very big hotel so a bit more information at check in would have been useful. Bed wasnt as comfortable as im used to at other hotels. No breakfast bags for those who need to leave early for tours.

The room was bigger than I thought and even had a sitting room which I hadn't quite picked up on at the time of booking . Very spacious bathroom and also shower room . I hadn't also picked up that there were 2- one bathroom and toilet and one shower and toiler so that was very very welcome and very spacious bathroom and shower room
