Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe bathroom is noisy, you can hear the water pipes, so earplug is recommended. The toilet was contructed in a way that the lid could not kept open properly - so it was instable and also the tap was very old, rusty, but functionned properly, so no issue at the end.
The location is very good, the rooms are OK, we received what we expected. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is very convenient, good portions, fair prices, delicious food. The breakfast was ok, though we bought some vegetables separately from the store becasue no healthy food options are available.

United Kingdominflexible cancellation policy. we tried to cancel immediately after booking but they wouldn’t accept it. feels run down. we ate in the restaurant but felt the guy serving didn’t want to be there.
the manager was very helpful and kindly provided us with a takeaway meal as we had to leave before breakfast. the room was large and had a sea view.

United KingdomNot much vegetarian food. Breakfast very basic. Shower head hanging off and the shower window gave the house opposite a perfect view into the bathroom. Needs a curtain or frosted window.
The man at reception was really kind and helpful. Helped us with meals as we are vegetarian. Our balcony looked onto beach. Road was pretty quite. Nice remote spot.

AustriaHotel Argentum is a very nice place to stay. It's directly at a little beach. At the beach is a nice beach restaurant, bathrooms and you can rent umbrellas there. Dogs aren't allowed there. But not that far away (15 min by foot) is a beautiful 2nd beach where it's okay to swim with your dog - if you have one ;). The receptionist at the hotel was always very friendly and helpful. Parking was free (directly in front of the hotel). And I really liked the breakfast! It wasn't a buffet. Just a bit of cheese, ham and fruits and coffee. You'll get a fresh made omelette too, if you like. And this directly at the terrace of the restaurant from the hotel - with beach view! Not much more needed! =)

HungaryThe breakfast is the same everyday so it is a bit boring for a longer stay. But we are vegetarian so maybe if you eat meat it has more variety.
The staff was very-very friendly, polite and it looks like they can speak in every language. I would like to mention that our receptionist Aldo was exceptionally nice and professional! He taught us a little bit croatian every day and at the end of the stay he made us a language diplom as a gift, it was just a very heartwarming gift!

Beach is very close (1-2min walking distance). It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was decent as well and the staff is friendly.

The owner was so polite and gave great instructions on touring the area. Restaurant attached was good and staff so friendly. Our A/c did not work but they moved us right away. Balcony was nice too! Shampoo was a nice plus! Breakfast was huge and good.

Nice small hotel, near see, perfect terace with wonderful view, just few steirs to coast, not far away from city center. Room nice, big enough with bar and map with all needed informations about city and island. I could stay longer, not just one night. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was good. Biggest frustration is the shower in our room. The holder for the shower head is broken. The only way we could shower was to rinse, soap up, rinse. Would have been better if it wasn’t broken. Our friends’ room was fine. It is very close to the city center and the beach was across the street.
