We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location of the apartment was terrific and has all the facilities you would require for a week in Split. It is comfortable and has a brilliant shower as well!! Zoran is a great host who is very helpful and provided us with some good local information.

LatviaAll was good. Maybe just missing a shampoo and shower gel in the first day as it was said that free toiletries available (maybe I misunderstood). But we bought everything quickly, so no problem. Nothing not to like 🙂
Apartment is great, very clean and have all items you might need. A perfect location just a few minutes from old town and shops around - Lidl was just around the corner. Zoran is very friendly and helpful. Everything was arranged smoothly and he let us check in before the official time (our plane landed on morning). Thank you for that! Worth mention that apartment has a balcony and washing machine which is great when you want to wash and dry salty clothes after seaside. Great experience, would come back again for sure 🙂

Extremely good value accommodation a 20 minute walk from the port. Quiet area. Good size rooms. All appliances you would need. Apartment on 3rd floor with a lift. Excellent air conditioning. We stayed for a week and used apartment as our base for exploring Split and the wider area. Zoran was very helpful and easy to deal with.

United KingdomView was what you'd expect in Spinut, namely other flats. Not an unpleasant place though, just lacking in scenery but as said before very handy.
Location very convenient, next to Marjan hill and North of Diocletian's Palace. Supermarkets also very nearby. Not the prettiest area but no issues getting to and from major attractions.

Zoran very kindly picked us up at the bus station and took us to the apartment, explained everything in the apartment, provided directions for visiting the historic part of the city, where the grocery stores were and, as well, booked our taxi for pickup on the day of our departure.
