I booked this accomodation for my parents. Even thoug accomodation is outdated, it was prefectly clean and well equiped. They were very satisfied. Staff was very helpfull, polite and professional.

There were no body and head wash products in the bathroom. Just soap. But we survived :)

A beautiful, quiet place surrounded by a mountain. We watched the squirrels in the trees. The sea, restaurants and shops are nearby. In the restaurant, breakfast and dinner were very tasty, filling, with a wide selection. And what a fruit and dessert table!

There was an unpleasant situation regarding the payment for the upgraded room. I was initially offered the upgraded room at one price, but upon checkout, the additional charge was 50 euros more than expected. Because of this, I can't give the highest rating as I would have liked, as this left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel and were pleased with several aspects. The food was delicious, and the beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. A highlight for us was the fact that on some days, the kids were entertained by an animator, which was a great bonus for our family. However, it’s important to note that if you want a comfortable stay, don’t book the cheapest rooms. We initially reserved a standard room, but it was in poor condition, so we upgraded to a renovated room, which was much more modern and comfortable. The kids were happy to have their own separate room. One downside was that room cleaning is only done upon request at the reception, which isn’t always convenient. There are safes, but in the renovated rooms, there was no instruction on how to use them, and when we asked at reception, we had to wait for a specialist, which we didn’t have time for. Overall, it’s a good choice for a seaside vacation, but we recommend booking the upgraded rooms for a more comfortable stay.

It was often difficult to find somewhere to sit in order to eat, and the staff (who were very busy) were reluctant to help. It would have been better if they had a seating system as there were times where only 2 people were sitting at a table for 4!

The property was a lot of fun. Good location and wonderful staff. There was a lot to do and the beach was lovely and clean.

Located next to the beach in a pine forest this resort has some nostalgic note reminding me on the childhood and summertime with parents. Sitting on the balcony you can enjoy relaxing scent of the pine trees. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner have exceeded my expectations.

Some of these points could be seen as negatives, but it's important to consider that we expected and accepted them. The bathrooms are relatively small and outdated with some issues (doors, faucets, etc.), but they are usable and quite clean. The good thing is that the apartment for four people has two bathrooms. Additionally, the apartment does not have a kitchen sink, which is a bit inconvenient, but with half board, it's almost unnecessary. The beach is very close, but there are some stairs which can be challenging for parents with young children. The TV does not have regional channels (or at least we couldn't find them). The coffee machines in the restaurant are a bit unusual (both in taste and operation). However, as I mentioned, these are relatively minor issues that are compensated by the relatively affordable price (for Croatia) and excellent service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly, and everything works better and more smoothly than even in higher-class hotels. Upon arrival, they organized a late check-in for us and saved our dinner. The breakfast is exceptional - there is a wide variety of choices, from pancakes to fruit. Dinner, although perhaps with slightly fewer options than breakfast, is still very tasty, and you can always find several dishes that suit your preferences (even if you don't eat pork). Additionally, draft juices and free coffee are available both at breakfast and dinner, which is rare in Croatia. Parking is also free and spacious, conveniently located halfway between the beach and the apartments, which is very useful for transporting things. The settlement is quite peaceful and quiet (not in the hustle and bustle of Baška Voda). There is a real homely atmosphere, which is not surprising considering that many of the staff, as well as the owner, are originally from Bosnia. :-) We will almost certainly come back again if you keep up the good work.

Apartment could be cleaner and you have to bring used towels and bed sheets to laundry room to get new ones, no one comes to pick up the trash and clean floors, no matter how long you stay (10 days in our case). They could do that if you ask for it.

Staff is excellent and they made our stay so comfortable. Food was great, they made glutenfree desserts for me and always had gf bread. Drinks from the machine were included in total price, both juices and coffee, for breakfast and dinner. There was also great content for younger kids, including food for babies, high chairs, toilet supplies for babies, bed barriers etc.

We had an older house so the beds were very soft, slighly uncomfortable. There could have been a broom to be able to clean the terrace filled with pine needles. The bathroom was old and could have been cleaner :) but there were 2 bathrooms and 2 toilts in old houses.

The place is under pine trees on the see shore so you can hear the sea from some houses and smel the trees. We are vegetarians and there were vegetarian options. The stuff was extreamly friendly and helpful.

Accommodation Big and nicely designed apartment close to the center of Baška Voda. Everything was spotless and the bungalow was really comfortable, clean and tidy, good internet, spacious balcony + big parking space as well. Moreover friendly and helpful personnel always willing to answer all your question. I have to mention that there is a lot of activities for children (kids zone, playground etc.). Perfect for a couple or families. Food Hearty and tasty breakfast, everything was fresh and served on time. Honestly they care about guests. Location Really good location very close to the beach - more less 3-4 min. on foot to get your goal. Cozy place in the calm neighborhood, without any noises, you can chill and relax for sure. Highly recommended. See you again!

Fascilities are overdated in need of total refurbishment. Even now 30 years after it has a vibe of socialist workers resort.

- houses were freshly renovated, but you could still feel they are not the newest. - smoking at dinig area and playground. If someone wants their kids to second hand smoke, is their choice. But at family resort there should be kids and dining zones free of smoking.
