The a/c unit was very effective in the main living area but less so in the bedroom. I like the bedroom screen to keep out more of the early morning daylight - this one did not do that. Apartment 5 does not have the see view shown in the picture.

The apartment is a good size, very clean and on a great location just 5 minutes downhill to reach the old town (longer back up the steps). It was fairly priced. The owner responded very quickly to messages and generously allowed me to drop my bag off before check-in and to store it after check out.

The appartment is 5 minutes by feet from the gate of the old town of dubrovnik and 5 minutes from the best beach that you can find near the town of dubrovnik . The appartment with No.1 that we stayed was fully renovated and had an amazing view from our balcony . The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and renovated aswell . The kitchen had everything we wanted and we easily cooked many times without missing anything that we needed . The owner was very friendly and even let us check in the home many hours before our arrival something that was trully very big convinience for us . Also the price was the cheapest one that we found near the town . We recommend it for sure .

The kitchen is very basic: small hob, fridge, sink, filter coffee maker but you'll want to be eating out and enjoying the atmosphere so that's not a problem. You might have to request coffee filters as none of the local shops stock them. We were given plenty by our friendly hosts. There is a building going up just under the view of the old town but it could be a flat roof so hopefully will not obscure the view. Beware of snakes (non poisonous we think) crossing your path if you walk up the hill to the cable car view.

Free parking is essential in Dubrovnik and this was provided nearby. The view from the terrace to the old town and boats is wonderful. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Its only a short and pretty walk to the old town. We stayed four nights and found plenty to keep us occupied without driving anywhere else.

the stove was confusing and not clear how to use. I tried to contact host he was very responsive but there was a bit of communication problem and confusion because of language.

10 minutes walk down to Dubrovnik, very easy. Lovely view on terrace of city! Comfortable sofa bed too. Very nice host waiting for me when I arrived and gave us keys and recommendations of city and restaurants.

The only small inconvenience for us was that the parking is not right next to the apartment, but 10-15 minutes walking uphill. However, the hosts allowed us to park the car in front of the apartment for packing and unpacking the luggage for our convenience.

The apartment was big, very clean and comfortable, with all the appliances we could need. It is located around 15-20 minutes walking from the city centre, which is not bad considering how Dubrovnik is. The parking included was a major win, given the very scarce parking of the city and the expensive parkings. The hosts were really nice, and make our stay even easier.

The location is perfect. There is an excellent view over the see and old city from the balcony of the apartment. Banje Beach is straight down the stairs. The apartment is basic but has everything one needs and a lot of storage space. The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
