The host is fab! She is very welcoming, happy to explain everything about the flat and surroundings and she even gave a bottle of wine to my partner for his birthday. The studio is cozy, beautiful, new and has everything we needed and more. The building has a lovely garden and outside area that can be used by the guests. The flat is about 20 minutes waking to and from the old town. But it's a nice walk and it ensures that you prevent noise from the busy areas. I recommend this place 100%.

We liked everything about our stay. The apartment is fully equipped, and there was even a bowl of fruit and nuts waiting for us. The bathroom is especially impressive—very spacious. The hostess was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and kind, even giving us a lift to the port when we had to leave immediately for a booked cruise.

I recently stayed here with 3 friends, and we all travel frequently. Without a doubt, we agreed that this was the most incredible experience we've ever had renting a place! The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We joked that it offered more amenities and comfort than our own homes. From the moment we arrived, the host, Jasna, made our stay truly exceptional. She welcomed us with a thoughtful gesture of nuts and fruits, which was much appreciated after our flight. Jasna went above and beyond in every aspect. Despite our late 4 AM departure and the rain, she met us downstairs with an open umbrella to escort us to our car—even though we told her not to worry about saying goodbye. She also kindly offered a ride to our friend, whose flight was later, to the bus stop so she could easily reach the airport. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From various types of coffee to beach towels and sunscreen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and want to extend a huge thank you to Jasna for being the best host we've ever had. You're truly amazing!

We arrived late in the evening and didn't have time to eat, the lady of the house brought us her own groceries and definitely saved us from starvation. The host, Jasna, is a gem. She genuinely cares about her guests. This was evident in the way she met and took care of us, the way the home is maintained, and the thoughtful touches throughout. From maps of the neighbourhood, cleaning and other basic needs, all the way to healthy snacks to local recommendations. Jasna treated us like family from the moment we met her, and was the reason why our trip got off to such a wonderful start.

Everything! The place is lovely and super clean. It has everything we need and feels very cozy. The owner even prepared fruits and snacks of good quality. The terrace is super cute too! The owner was super kind and went way above and beyond - she drove us to the meeting point of our boat tour to save us the hassle of looking for parking. Extremely good value. Jesna was an amazing host. So friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartment is exceptional and has everything you might need and more. A lot of thought and care goes into running this accommodation....Jesna even had a welcome treat of fruit, nuts and sparkling water for us. It also a lot of extras, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, washing powder and lots more. The apartment is situated in a very nice and safe neighbourhood and it took us a leisurely 20 minutes to walk to old town and it only cost €5.20 to take an uber home for us as a family and of 4. I highly recommend this apartment...it exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for making our stay in Zadar a success Jesna

SingaporeThe apartment is on the third storey , without a lift. Nevertheless, we would still choose it, but maybe repacked our luggage into one as the neighbourhood is very safe. We could leave the rest of the luggage inside our car.
