We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI wish there was a washing machine in our room, and flyscreens on all the doors and windows not just the 2 bathroom windows. I was hot in my room but too scared to sleep with the window open for air because of insects getting in. I've also never seen so many wasps in my life at the restaurant- every morning at breakfast we were accosted by groups of them and it was hard to shoo them away. Thankfully they weren't dangerous though, no stinging, just annoying.
Loved the big room and full kitchen. There was also onsite swimming pools and restaurant with included breakfast. The staff were super nice and we also met the owners who were lovely too. Beach was just a few minutes walk and fairly quiet/uncrowded with plenty of shade available and super clear water.

Francei guess for a couple its not so romantic as there are alot of people in the property so it takes away the lone romance but thats something you are aware of when you get to the property if you read the details , as i didnt really look in to
the staff was super nice and everyone was great, the guy cooking the breakfast and the waiter was very friendly to us, they provided us with everything we needed and asked if we needed more things, the location was great although it was super pricey it was really nice to actually have a swimming pool and the location people were super nice and the other people staying in the property as its a shared swimming pool alot of families come and i guess it was a nice time to relax and enjoy the sun

DenmarkI was expecting to have a stove in the apartment, did not see correctly the pictures when I booked. The wifi was very, very bad in my apartment (C1), basically I used 4G the whole time cause the internet was close to inexsitent.

Very nice and clean apartments and the whole complex, which also has its own restaurant open all day. Friendly staff and especially the restaurant staff. Prices in the restaurant the same as everywhere else. Covered parking spaces are just a few steps from the apartment.

Czech Republic- we contacted the accommodation regarding arrival to the apartment in advance (according to the instructions), but no one was waiting for us, we were also not allowed to answer the phone (it was 14.00-15.00) - the whole week was without cleaning, without changing towels, without replenishing toilet paper... - the apartment does not have a stove, oven or dishwasher, so it is not possible to cook, cooking is prohibited in the apartment (few glasses, no jug for drinking...), neither does the outdoor kitchen have a stove or grill - this apartment is more for three people, not for six (only a mini fridge - which is a problem in hot weather, you can't fit drinks there, let alone some food), a small bathroom and a small balcony). The bedroom is very cramped, if you pull out the bed in the second bedroom, you can't walk in the room or open the closet. Two beds in the bedroom are advertised, but only one of them has a pull-out bed, it was nowhere in the photo. - we ordered an apartment with a terrace, we got an apartment with a balcony - there was very poor communication before and during the stay. This accommodation is managed by an agency, you don't know who to deal with (we got several phone numbers, several names...) we wanted to finish earlier, but in the end we gave up 🙁, we left a day earlier without compensation - breakfast is basic and always the same, after 10 days of stay you can imagine that you can't look at anything anymore (no croissant, pancake, cake for children...). You have to pay for coffee from the bar at breakfast (17 kn), but you're welcome, because you can't drink the free one and the purchased one is a bit better - there are no quality restaurants or attractions for children in the vicinity, you have to drive a few tens of km (I recommend Orebić, clean water and beach attractions on the beach) - air conditioning is only in the living room! There are none in the bedrooms!
- apartment number 4 in building C is very new, clean with a nice view without access by stairs (probably one of the best) - clean pool - covered parking(It would be good if each apartment had its own parking number to be as close as possible to the apartment. We arrived in the evening and there was no parking space nearby) - a restaurant only for guests of the apartment would be great (it's a pity that there isn't a more varied menu, they don't prepare mixed drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and the service isn't faster, more satisfied and friendlier 🙁).

NetherlandsThe air conditioning worked but we happened to be there during a heat wave so it was still rather hot as we had the 3 bedroom unit and there was only one unit. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
Great location walkable to the beach and restaurants. Perfect as a base to explore other areas on a day trip such as Dubrovnik. Super friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Pool had plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
