Bathroom door wont close properly and because of that alot of mosquitoes got it from the bathroom window, and the bed is not for a couple its a twin size bed

The bathroom didn't have any soap or shampoo. I didn't mind it, cuz I had my own, but some people may be disappointed.

I just stayed 1 night. It was perfectly clean, free parking right in front of the building. The air conditioning worked, and the bed was comfortable. It had a nice little kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. I don't know why this place has only a 7,6 rating. I mean it's not luxurious, but since I paid only 23 euros for a stay, it was a great deal. Would recommend.

Check in only after 1600. We arrived at 1400, and had to wait (at beach) until 1600. Booking com was showing room area 23 m2, but room was much smaller (around 13-14 m2) and under roof so partially not full height. One small window above balcony door does not have shade, so early morning (at 0500) room is full of daylight. Space inside shower curtain too small therefore need to keep open, which means water come to bathroom floor. No any hangers in room and bathroom. Soft bed.

Room with bathroom was clean (9/10). Towels and sheets very clean 10/10. Cleaning stuff friendly. Room is well equiped: tv, air condition, small fridge, kettle (all nearly new). Room is well organized with table and 2 chairs at balcony. Hot water available. Good and fast wifi. Supermarket Tommy at ground level. Nice sea view. Good value for money.

There was no-one in person there when we have arrived with small children at around 12:45 pm. We rang the reception bell but nobody came to speak to us. On the groundfloor of a 3 floor building there is a pub, but if you get in and ask where the reception of the Apartment is, nobody will help, they do not know they say and not even interesting. I called the accomodation provider on the phone number provided, to find out when could we check in, they said they'll let us know asap when the rooms would be ready. As there was no phonecall received for hours, I called them again at around 15:40h and that was the time they said our group could go into apartments 1,4,5 and the doors of the apartments are open we just need to go in. Once we got in and started to organise our belongings, a lady appeared and asked if we needed more bedding. She only spoke Croatian. We knew that we can only check in after 3pm, but it was frustrating that there was nobody there to communicate with. As we went with a group of people, we saw the appliances in three different apartments, but when some of us decided to cook something, we needed to go in other apartments and borrow things, as they are equipped differently, therefore we needed to share kitchen items too (eg chopping board, greater, frying pan, owen tray etc). Fridge is the smallest in apartman 1, and biggest in apartman 4. Resting is quite impossible there, as there is a parking place on the groundfloor, and until the pub is open, loud people are around which is a bit disturbing. The furnitures are falling apart (like sofa bed), aircon does electronically work, but not really recognisable so. Door handle fell off, seems the drain of the bathroom sink is blocked as took ages to have the water drained. There is also a terrible smell in the bathroom constantly. In the kitchen the gas jobs do not work, only the electric ones, which is not very handy if you want to cook.

We liked the view of our apartments. Apartment 4&5 had lovely seaview. It is in a good location, easy to find, although the real name of the accomodation is Aparment Lucija (and not Lucie). People are generally nice, but not a lot speaks English in the village. Wifi connection is provided but very often there is no internet. Generally I would say, good accomodation for its price, and the cleaning was also lovely. Nice clean towels were also provided.

There was no kitchen in our apartment. I had some issues with sleeping. Doors are almost see thru. So you see every light. Isolation is very bad. You can hear everything. The bed isn't comfortable. I wouldn't stay here for more than a few days. The parking lot is behind the building and if you are lucky you can get parking in the shade. No one greeted us at the reception.

The staff is really nice. The beach is near ( not pet friendly) Under the apartments is a store. The food is great. i really enjoyed my stay here because there were not a lot of people. And Zadar is really close. Ac is working properly Pet friendly

We booked a room with 3 single beds however we were given 1 double bed. There was a language barrier and the host couldn't understand. We somehow managed.

Staff very helpful and nice. We checked inn late and they made sure someone was present at the property to welcome us.

We had a great time at this place. It was super cozy, and the room was big with everything we needed + parking and supermarket right next door, which was awesome. The check-in process was a breeze, even with short notice, and the balcony had a lovely view. The hotel's location is perfect for a peaceful getaway from the city's hustle and bustle.

We stayed for one night on our way from the southern parts of the Balkans. The place was quiet, located close to the lake. The comfort corresponded to the price. We would expect a little bit more furniture, yet it was fine for one night only.
