The location was perfect, in the old town short walk to Diocletian Palace and the harbor. Easy to get to from Ferry. Davor was a wonderful host and told us the history of the building and also helped us with some travel arrangements. The apartment and building is historical in itself and very charming. It is off the main square but still quiet.

Great room right in the middle of Split Old Town. Our host was very helpful and informative of the local area. He helped us to find parking locations and gave us lots of tips about restaurants and things to do in Split. He even helped us find the departure location of our ferry and gifted us with a bottle of wine. The room was big, comfortable, good bed, shower and air conditioning. The location is simply perfect, very convenient.

Responsiveness of host The thoughtful touches like umbrellas when it rained. The lovely bottle of red wine on arrival. Maps, brochures outlining things to see and do. Netflix if you just want to chill. Location near main square in old town but super quiet.

The room was absolutely as described including wine and fruit! Davor was incredibly helpful meeting us at the bus stop. Our flight was diverted and we arrived 2 hours later than expected. Davor also gave us a lot of recommendations which was fabulous.

Absolutely nothing!

First, our host Davor was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to provide information that we needed for getting around Split, places to eat and things to do, and assist with parking...for our three night stay. The room was newly renovated in a very tasteful way, a great mix of modern fixtures and displaying the original walls and doorways....and very clean. Could not have been a better location in the old town area....his assistance with parking made that stress go away. We were welcomed with unexpected treats in the room, such as fresh fruit. etc. We would definitely go back to stay at this accommodation on a future trip.

Expertly restored apartment in great location on main square but set back from the hussle and bustle; quiet; close to water and restaurants/bars/shopping; exceptional host (Davor) who welcomed us in his home, was a great resource about the history, culture and cuisine of the town and the nearby islands and was big help planning our days.

Booked my stay last minute. The location was excellent, the room was quite spacious and clean. The owner (Davor) and his family were extremely nice and welcoming. I was alone staying in Split, and after I checked out, still had about 6 hours before my flight. Davor and his family invited me over for coffee, lots of interesting conversations about Split and the local life, his son is an avid football fan (like me), and I just had a fantastic and very "homely" feeling staying in their home.

We loved this room. The location was perfect because it’s right in the centre of Old Split but it’s quiet. The room was very clean, had wifi, towels and a fridge. Dovar was so welcoming and answered all of our questions from beach and food recommendations to taxi/bus help. He was so hospitable. I would definitely recommend staying here, we loved it.

There is no natural light. We didn’t mind because we were out all day and this aloud our sleep to be great.

The apartment is located extremely well in the center of the old city. However, there is no noise so we had an amazing sleep. The space is extremely clean. Davor is an EXCELLENT host!! Highly recommend this place.

Only the bathing area is very small but manageable.

Loved each and every bit about this property. Davor the owner is extremely a wonderful host and the most helpful I have ever met. He helped us with the luggage, went with us to drop our rented car, explained everything about the appartment and Split. Room was very clean and all amenities was available. Loved the coffee machine. Location is brilliant, Diocletians palace is just 2 mins away and there are loads of bars and eateries right next to the building. Split is beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A hot plate may be added but keeping other things in mind, it is immaterial. All the Restaurants are a stones throw away.

Property has excellent central location. Evert thing in walkable distance. Mr Dover has great hospitality. He came to receive us at bus stand & took our luggage up to apartment. He even took out some time to drop us at the bus stand. Such hospitality is rarely seen. Will like to stay again in the same apartment.
