There is nothing I didn’t like.

Karmen’s parents are exceptional people. We felt very welcomed and cared for. Her mum Marina is such a special woman, she helped us with directions and checked on us offering help as our baby was unwell. The apartment is very clean and new, all is thought of for the guests. They provided us with a high chair and a cot for our baby plus they even prepared some other essentials for us. It truly felt like being with family.

There is nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marina and Željko's apartment in Dubrovnik, and it was truly an exceptional experience. As someone who travels frequently and stays in various places, I can confidently say that this was by far the best. From the moment we arrived, Marina and Željko went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. However, what truly set this stay apart was the genuine hospitality of our hosts. They made us feel like family, taking the time to show us around and ensuring we were comfortable at every step. Their warm and attentive approach made our stay incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. I will definitely be coming back!

Everything. Karmens mum and dad made us immediately welcome and the apartment is superb. Great location, so close to the port and the Red museum. Everything you need is in the apartment and Marina took care of every need. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Apartment Grazioso made truly exceptional thanks to Karmen's mother. She is an incredibly adorable and attentive host who welcomed us with open arms. On the day of our arrival, she went above and beyond to provide us with valuable advice on places to visit, pricing information, and must-see attractions in the area. Her insights were invaluable and greatly enhanced our trip. Marina also recommended a local restaurant that we absolutely loved. The convenience of access to the bus and ferry stations was also one of the reasons we picked up this place.

I absolutely loved everything!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Neat, aesthetically pleasing, architecturally interesting and very comfortable. Also, coming from a germaphobe, I’ve never, in my entire life, been in a cleaner apartment. The apartment is pretty close to all the important locations, surrounded by restaurants with quality food, grocery shops and in a great neighbourhood. However, what amazed me the most was how polite, welcoming and warm the hosts were. The owner explained everything and helped us the nicest way possible! Truly, such a kind soul. She even gave us goodbye gifts. To sum up, this was a 10/10 experience and i’m forever thankful!

We loved everything!!!!

Everything! It was cute and absolutely spotless- the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The beautiful Gruz harbour is minutes away as is the bus to the old town. Karmen’s mom greeted us with Croatian chocolates, liqueur, beer for my husband, apple juice, and bread and jam for our breakfasts! Before and during the stay the family was so very helpful, even helping us carry our luggage up all the stairs! When they found out it was our 50th anniversary, they presented us with a gift of Croatian souvenirs and a lovely card and bottle of wine. I was speechless! Such kindness! We enthusiastically recommend Apartment Grazioso! We hope we can visit them again soon!

Unique hosts, unique place and the city. Very warm welcome with cold drinks and awesome homemade liqueur made from oranges grown in the garden. In the fridge we also found prepared products for breakfast. We also received comprehensive information about Dubrovnik and its interesting places to see...Exceptional people with passion really thought of everything. We really felt like at home🥰 Thank you for everything and also for the farewell gifts. We will always remember you fondly

Couldn't have asked for better. Location was fab and hosts were just fantastic. From booking private transfers, welcome gifts and freshly washed beach towels each day we could not have asked for more. Apartment was a home away from home with stunning surroundings. Our family holiday was amazing.

Spotlessly clean, apartment. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to the port and buses to the old town. For only €2 each to the old town, I recommend this mode of transport. Karmen was an exceptional host. Everything thought out, knowledge and attention to detail were really appreciated. The touches of essential items on arrival and alcohol beverages were much appreciated. Thanks for our stay Karmen.

Nothing, the host and her family is fantastic.

The location is very good, within 5 minutes walk with good restaurants, exchange, ATM, bus stop, grocery, even the port is just within 10 mins walk. The room condition is excellent, very relax, more than enough for a family of four. The host is extremely helpful, they welcomed us their self prepared liqor, and also help us to wash and dry our clothes. It is one of the best accomdations I had ever been in Europe. 100% recommended.
