We couldn’t get the oven to work & had a problem with the bedside plug sockets.

Very modern & clean in a great location. Lovely kitchen area & great shower! The owner had left a welcome gift & milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. Nice size apartment.

The apartment is in a not very nice building, but the apartment inside is very nice, it seems to have been recently remodeled, very well decorated, comfortable and with nice details from the host. It has the option of parking, but it is not in the same building. The owner tells you in advance where and how to get to the parking lot.

I like the concept of self check in. Though I do think it would have been better if the check in information could be sent earlier and more proactively. I did have to chase a couple of times for the info even on the morning of check in, and was met with a flood of instructions. Also, it was not made clear that we need the parking card to leave the parking area - I think this was very important information because if the key card was left in the apartment upon check out, we would have no Way of exiting the parking. This is just some constructive feedback and is not a complaint. Overall, I still give this apartment full marks for how excellent the quality of the stay is.

Fantastic apartment. Ultra-modern and extremely well-furnished. First time I feel the online photos don’t do the apartment justice. I really can’t get over how amazing the apartment is. It has a large sofa with a huge TV, a kitchen with washing machine and all kinds of equipment. There’s even a knife rack and auto salt and pepper dispenser. Shame we didn’t get to use those. The bathroom was super clean and well furnished too. What I liked was that there was abundant hooks to hang clothes and towels. The main room itself is also extremely comfortable and clean. Free parking nearby as well, in a secure area. Overall, I think this apartment sets the right standard for all other apartments.

The stairs to access the property were a rather grim, but I realise that it was not their fault but the property manager’s or whoever is in charge of the whole building.

It was perfect. The owners had anticipated our every need. The kitchen was amazing, there were lots of windows which opened and they left us milk, tea and coffee and a little package of things, which was very thoughtful. The location was ideal for visiting the old town and was also close to the bus station and the ferry. There was a bakery next door and a supermarket across the road.

The apartment design was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little details left for us to use ( toiletries, coffee pods for the coffee machine, vine, etc.). Parking was free, just few minutes away in a safe parking garage.

Honestly, can't think of a way for it to be better.

The place was great, amazing apartment, really clean, great amenities and really good location (c.10 min walk to Old Town). Host was wonderful, easy to talk to through Whatsapp, and left a few goodies in the apartment for me. Would definitely stay again if i go back to Zadar and recommend.

Lots of noise from the street durind the night. Not so easy to find. If you want to park in the shopping center you will need to first enter the apartment to get a card, and after you leave as well. Is a bit of a hussle, but it's great that the owner offers this free parking option. The building is very old.

The apartment is very well equiped, both kitchen and bath, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location, 10 min walk to old town. Free parking in a shopping center nearby.
