The manager, Josip, isn’t as supportive or helpful as he should be. This lets the apartment down. The hot water runs out within 5 minutes in the shower so this ought to be fixed with a water saving device on the shower head and leaving the boiler on a higher temperature.

Beautiful apartment, the owner has taken care to make sure it provides everything you’d need, plus some extras. Comfy bedding and good sound/light prevention. The kitchen has all the equipment you’d need. Nice living room space too.

The power plugs next to the bed didn't work.

The apartment was really spacious, clean and well designed. We also loved the great shower and the coffee machine. The host even provided some milk and water and left a packet of goodies.

Fantastic to walk around especially the old city and the water. Sad we did not stay longer. So safe, especially at night. So many cafes and restaurants.

What you have imagined from the reviews and photos will be beyond your expectations. Everything that was equipped in Apartment Black was luxurious and gorgeous. It is located in the middle between the old town and the central bus station, so you can get anywhere in 10 minutes by foot. Moreover, the host provided thoughtful amenities, such as disposable slippers and small gifts, which will definitely make your stay comfortable and joyful.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Zadar. Convenient location, clean, wonderful shower, and all the amenities you need plus thoughtful extras. Great parking included and also very cheap parking directly outside if you need to park somewhere before or after check in. I would stay here again happily.

The apartment is in a not very nice building, but the apartment inside is very nice, it seems to have been recently remodeled, very well decorated, comfortable and with nice details from the host. It has the option of parking, but it is not in the same building. The owner tells you in advance where and how to get to the parking lot.

I like the concept of self check in. Though I do think it would have been better if the check in information could be sent earlier and more proactively. I did have to chase a couple of times for the info even on the morning of check in, and was met with a flood of instructions. Also, it was not made clear that we need the parking card to leave the parking area - I think this was very important information because if the key card was left in the apartment upon check out, we would have no Way of exiting the parking. This is just some constructive feedback and is not a complaint. Overall, I still give this apartment full marks for how excellent the quality of the stay is.

Fantastic apartment. Ultra-modern and extremely well-furnished. First time I feel the online photos don’t do the apartment justice. I really can’t get over how amazing the apartment is. It has a large sofa with a huge TV, a kitchen with washing machine and all kinds of equipment. There’s even a knife rack and auto salt and pepper dispenser. Shame we didn’t get to use those. The bathroom was super clean and well furnished too. What I liked was that there was abundant hooks to hang clothes and towels. The main room itself is also extremely comfortable and clean. Free parking nearby as well, in a secure area. Overall, I think this apartment sets the right standard for all other apartments.

The stairs to access the property were a rather grim, but I realise that it was not their fault but the property manager’s or whoever is in charge of the whole building.

It was perfect. The owners had anticipated our every need. The kitchen was amazing, there were lots of windows which opened and they left us milk, tea and coffee and a little package of things, which was very thoughtful. The location was ideal for visiting the old town and was also close to the bus station and the ferry. There was a bakery next door and a supermarket across the road.

The apartment design was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little details left for us to use ( toiletries, coffee pods for the coffee machine, vine, etc.). Parking was free, just few minutes away in a safe parking garage.

The place was great, amazing apartment, really clean, great amenities and really good location (c.10 min walk to Old Town). Host was wonderful, easy to talk to through Whatsapp, and left a few goodies in the apartment for me. Would definitely stay again if i go back to Zadar and recommend.
