The property was clean, spacious and with magnificent views of the old city, Lokram Island and Adriatic. A peaceful oasis out of the hustle and bustle of the old town.

Spacious apartment; clean; fully stocked kitchen; Nespresso coffee machine. We had great stay here; great memories made. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Nina the host was there to explain everything; easy to communicate. Around the corner there is a supermarket. 9min walk to old town. Banje beach is also closeby. I definitely recommend this place. It was a bit noisy at night as its a busy neighbourhood, but it didn't really bother us.

My husband and 2 girls (7 and 9) have just returned from a perfect stay in this lovely property. Nina and her husband were very welcoming. The property was bigger than expected, immaculately clean and well equipped. The views are stunning! The location is perfect for old town, only a short walk away. There is a small shop around the corner. Lots of nice touches e.g. reading lights in the children's bedroom, and a patio (in addition to the balcony). This is a third floor apartment, so expect stairs!

Stunning view of Dubrovnik from whole apartment area. Very spacious living area and kitchen facilities. Huge bonus is parking for a car. It is short distance from Old town so walking is easy, or call a taxi. Nina was very accommodating with a check out time. Everything was great. We highly recommend this apartment for stay in beautiful Dubrovnik.

Bed configuration in the second bedroom somewhat storage. Two beds placed at right angles to each other. No mirror at all in the second bedroom No full length mirror at all.

The apartment is walking distance to old town, the cable car, and old port (ferry to Lokrum island). There is a small grocery store right by the apartment. The view from the living room and balcony is stunning. Our host Nina was wonderful, and very helpful with recommendations.

Absolutely stunning view of Lokrum island and the Old Town. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi and spacious apartment. Slightly outside the busy area and a supermarket very close by. Aircon in lounge was an absolute win in the heat of summer.

Due to the excellent location, the street below can be a little busy & noisy at times. Easily solved with earplugs at night time!

The apartment was in a fantastic location and was well equipped and spotless. It is perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults and having two bathrooms was very helpful. The view is amazing.

With the windows open, there was quite a bit of street noise (cars honking, motor bikes driving by, trash pickup, etc.). Oddly, the noise diminished on the weekend nights. One recommendation might be more comfortable chairs to sit out on the terrace. The view is so amazing you could spend your whole vacation gazing out at it, but definitely enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

The location was extremely convenient and the views were beyond spectacular. The photos of the property simply did not do it justice. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, clean, bright, modern, and sophisticated. Parking (garage) was outstanding. Stairs did not bother us as we knew this city is hilly, so we trained in advance! Host was accessible and responsive, not that much was needed.

I’d say that Dubrovnik will stay forever in my heart. We had great time. The apartment has the perfect location and view. There is everything you need. I’d come back again.

Nina is a lovely lady! She was very cheerful and helpful. She arranged our transfers to and from airport at a very reasonable price with a nice driver. She also arranged a trip for us and provided us with useful information. The beds were comfy, appartment was very well equipped. The views from the sunny balcony are amazing and there is a bar and small supermarket right next to the appartment. We would definitely return and recommend .

The stairs didn't bother us but I can see that they might for someone with mobility or fitness concerns.

The view - absolutely stunning. Lovely to sit on the balcony & have drinks in the evening before heading out. The apartment was clean & the kitchen was well equipped.

breathtaking view. the apartment is well appointed with everything you need. close to old town 10min walk. local supermarket 30m down the road, parking spot is a private garage. excellent apartment. Nina was helpful and available for any questions or help.
