The flight(s) of stairs may be an issue for people with mobility difficulties. For us, as Luca helped us with our luggages, we had no problem and that’s a non-issue.

The location was good and room is clean and modern. Friendly and helpful owner is certainly a plus.

There are several stone steps leading up to the accommodation so not ideal with a heavy case or for those with a physical disability.

Excellent location close to both the main bus station and to the port (for cruise terminal). Pleasant and helpful hosts. Room very clean. Good shower. Bed comfortable. Secure entry system.

Location isn’t great for exploring Dubrovnik. If you want the bus station before and after stay as we did and stayed just one night it was perfect. However it’s not near any of the places to see or beaches and for the same price you could stay so much closer to places. Over priced for location.

Perfect for what we needed. Got into town late and had to leave in the morning. Staff was so sweet and gave my friend chocolates as it was her birthday when we checked out. They gave us a Dubrovnik statue as a parting gift. We were only there a night! Above and beyond.

The accommodation was fantastic, modern, and comfortable. Everything were well maintained hence, looked new. The Ora main bus station is just opposite, making it very accessible to go almost everywhere. Most importantly, the owner, Luka was really a warm-hearted and kind person. My sister and I were grateful and our holiday trip would not be so perfect if we did not stay at this wonderful place and met such a great person. He took us by surprise with his farewell gesture. God bless him and his family! Highly recommended. 👍🏻😍

Great location across the road from the bus station, restaurant and supermarket all close by ,3 km walk into Old Town or bus outside, the room is great value very clean,comfy bed and ur host is simply the best ever nothing is to much trouble and Luca is super helpful.

Whilst it didn't affect us, the steps up the alley to the property could be an issue. The room was quite small but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The cost of the room wasn't reflected in the size of it. The cruise ships dock just a few metres from the property, so the view is blocked for around 12 hours a day. We had coffee sachets every day apart from one. We had put the previous day's sachets on one side so that we could have two drinks each the next morning, but we didn't get any replenishment. The property is on a main road, so take earplugs. Luggage storage is not available at the property, but there is an excellent facility in the bus station opposite. If you want to visit the "Old Town", go early (0700 at the latest) because the cruise ship passengers swarm onto the buses and into the town. You can walk faster than the buses some mornings!

Liked the location, very handy for the airport shuttle bus and local buses. Comfortable bed, clean shower room. Our host, Luka, kept in touch with us and was available most mornings (when we hadn't gone out early). The 'fridge' is a welcome item in the room.
