Great, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Perfect for relaxing. It's about 40 minutes walk from the centre, but if you don't have a car, bus 8 will get you there in about 10 minutes for 1,50€

I like to location as its near the main road to our favorite beach. Without car it would be a serious issue, but this is not our case.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - there were lots of pots and pans, but it was missing basics such as salt/pepper/oil and extra bin bags, washing up liquid, cleaning supplies etc, which it was disappointing to have to buy ourselves. We were also only given 2 toilet rolls for our 5 night stay (but we were brought more on request). The deposit system was also a slight inconvenience.

The apartment is well laid-out and spacious for two, and we really loved the pool and the balcony! It was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Mate was really accommodating during our stay. It is in a good location, with some local supermarkets and lovely restaurants nearby. We had to Uber to the beach and pula centre when we didn’t want to do the 40 min walk, but this was only around 10/15 mins each time and €6-€10.

Only suggestion would be to have dish washing materials - soap, sponge, towel - for those of us coming from afar and not having this with us.

It was very clean, lots of space for our family to spread out. The pool was wonderful to have.

Only one point: it’s slightly away from the central area. But there’s bus to there and it’s easy to Uber around Pula

Spacious, big balcony, nice swimming pool. Staff Mate is very helpful, providing us clear instructions for checking in. Helping us to rent a car and also dropped us to the ferry early morning.

The apartment is big enough and really comfortable .It is spacious and not hot, there is an AC if you need.You can find everything needed in the kitchen to cook.It takes 10 minutes by car to get to the coast . The pool is always clean

Main light in bathroom was broken. TV remote batteries were dead. Local TV programs not available. More apartments in building then parking places - could be a problem.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were no consumables (such as tea or coffee), but considering the price, it's hardly a downside. The host was friendly and was always quick to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

One of the bedrooms had a lot of insects. And lack of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing soap and shampoo and etc.

The swimming pool, but it needs to be cleaned once a week though.

Other things we didn't like - water of the pool was green. The blinds in one bedroom were broken, so no privacy really. Found some bugs in the rooms.

This wasn't a nice stay. When we arrived and entered the apartment, there was a horrible smell of toilet that someone "masked" by spraying what seemed a whole can of air refresher. The smell filled not only the toilet, it was the whole apartment. The floors of toilet and bathroom were wet, it seemed that there was a leak or something. We informed the host about it (although it was clear that they knew about the issue) and they sent a repair man or a plumber after a while. They did some work and said that the problem was fixed. Nobody came to clean the toilet and bathroom. All the leaking water just stayed there. Moreover, the plumber walked with the dirty shoes all over the kitchen etc. And, as you see from the other reviews, there are no cleaning supplies, nothing. So there was no way to clean up the mess by ourselves. Horrible. We had two nights booked, we didn't stay for the second. To be totally fair - the rest of the apartment was clean when we arrived, so I can't rate the apartment super low. If there wasn't the toilet situation, I would rate it 7 max.

The apartment was poorly equipped, no hand towel in the bathroom or kitchen, no dish wash detergent, sponge for washing the dishes, paper towels and others were missing. There were also lots of bugs everywhere and the apartment wasn't clean enough.

Air-condition not working while 32 degrees in the room, staff looked at it and was able to start it, argued the air conditioning will start working, but after 3 days we only managed to get the room down to 26 degrees.

Restaurants in walking distance, pool was clean.

Got the apartman at fair price but overall the apartman is not very clean. Lots of bugs and dust (and apsolutely no cleaning supplies like kitchen towels or dish soap/sponge, etc.). You have to come with car to reach beach or center. Not enough parking spaces.

Easy check in and check out of the apartment (no need for interaction). Nice pool.

There were so many things missing that one is normally expecting to have when booking an apartment. Things like kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, iron table. The fridefrigerator was barely working.. Frying pans are absolutely not useble as they are Teflon covered and heavily scratched, and Teflon is very, very toxic when scratched. The owner should replace those. There is no possibility to lock the door when in the toilet. Beds are uncomfortable. And in general was not were clean when we arrived.

Very spacious, has parking and a pool. Great view from the balcony.
