Place was very clean and the host was extremely accommodating. Everything was perfect for a quick stay. 5 min walk from main area

The pillows were not the best. The access to the property is up quite a steep driveway, anyone with issues climbing hills might struggle especially with bags.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely little balcony. Great location, near to the main town and the shops. Owners were super friendly and helpful with information about the local area.

A bit pricey but Hvar is an expensive island. They only accept cash. There is no kettle in the room.

Big room in a quiet area. Very close to downtown and a supermarket. There is a fridge in the room. The balcony is great to have a drink and dry beach clothes. They gave us a map, directions and recommendations, very friendly. It was possible to park in their private driveway.

The host, Jelena is very attentive and helpful - she picked us up with a car from the bus station free of charge, she gave us great advice on what to do and visit on the island of Hvar and nearby, recommended best beaches and restaurants, provided everything we needed on time. In short, Jelena is a example of perfect host! As for the apartment - it is nice in every aspect: large, cosy, clean, equipped with all facilities, fast Wi-Fi, quite, has a balcony with nice view, located close to city center.

The Mrs in front of the house(mom). On Saturday after all day, around 8pm we came back from Pakleni Islands and our third friend had transfer to Vela Luka that night so she showed with us in front of the house to wait for us until we shower and take our stuff from the room for the nightout. The lady who was in front of the house(mom), (we didn't know who is she,saw her first time,) saw us with her and she was really unfriendly. So unfriendly that we wanted to book another accomodation. We've looked on booking some accomodations the day we came and unfortunately for us the apartment in the same house was almost 50€ cheaper then the room we booked. The room was really expensive for a room with toilet.

Location was really good, Vele and Jelena were super to us, Vele came for us with a car. He showed us everything in the room. The room was close to the center(5 min walking).

The host sent me a message to cancel the reservation about 2 months after I booked saying that the room could not accomodate an extra bed and since I made a reservation for 3 persons, they had no conditions to receive us. I booked in April and received this message in June and at that time the prices in Hvar were way too high we hadn't any other reasonable alternative. So I didn't cancel and because I did not like the host's approach I contacted the Booking costumer's service, as I successfully did in the past, although something most have gone wrong because I never received any reply from Booking. Anyway, I didn't cancel the reservation and neither the host so the state of the reservation was always "confirmed". One day before we arrive to Hvar, I contacted the host questionning about the hour of the check-in. Few hour later she replied saying that she had send me a message asking for me to cancel and insisting for me to cancel because she had no room for my 11 year old son. I explained that I've tried to contact Booking at the time but that I've never received any reply. Eitherway the booking was confirmed for 3 people since the beggining so I couldn't understant what could have gone wrong. I also said that we were willing to share our bed if there was no other possible solution. Even though, the host insisted she could not receive us, insisted for me to cancel the reservation and even said she herself would cancel with Booking first thing in the next morning. Long story short, I only had the confirmation that we had a room in the next morning (already in the boat towards Hvar) after a bad night's sleep and two long phone calls with Booking (I still don't know how much money I spent on those), which finally solved the issue with the host. Anyway, she only got us a room with one bed and on top of that we were very rudely greeted on our arrival.

The location was good. A 15/20 min walking from the main attractions of Hvar. The room was nice. Although we had a big issue wih the host in this stay, which is detailed bellow, I have to say that the host's family (brother and mother, I believe) were very nice to us.

We found some leftovers in the deck. There were not not any blanket, just some thin sheets. The owner was really rude, he really had no manners. Not recommendable.

The location is okay, it is really near the city centre. The bed was really comortable.
