I had the pleasure of staying at the Lalic Apartment and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Jelena proved to be an incredible host. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and informative, making the entire process seamless. Upon arriving at the apartment, I was thrilled to see that it exceeded my expectations. The space is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. It's evident that Jelena has put a great deal of thought and care into creating a welcoming and functional environment for her guests. The apartment's location is unbeatable. It's situated in a prime area, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I was able to explore the city with ease, knowing that I had a comfortable base to return to at the end of each day. Throughout my stay, Jelena went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She provided local recommendations, answered any questions I had, and was always available if I needed assistance. Her warm and caring personality truly elevated the entire experience. I cannot recommend the Lalic Apartment and Jelena as a host highly enough. Spotlessly clean and owner has good attention to detail - nice bathroom, nice free toiletries, modern furnishings, free laundry, dishwasher, water/milk/coffee/orange juice waiting in fridge for us, nice lamps and decor etc. What’s also great is that they provide free e-scooters which meant that we could explore the local area and pop into Bibinje for food. Private sun beds on beach are also a plus. Owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Great new apartment. These are truly luxurious rooms. Directly in front of the house, two steps away, a small well-groomed beach, separated from the city public beach. This is a wonderful oasis, personal sunbeds from the apartments, straw umbrellas. The owner of the apartments, Elena, is a kind and sociable person, very attentive to the guests. We are grateful for a great holiday. We recommend this place. We will gladly come again.

Everything was fabulous.

The position is excellent, perfect for enjoying the sea views and looking over the islands. Quiet enough to feel restful but near enough to other places by car, so you can pick and choose when you want to be surrounded by people.

The ONLY thing would be that it was close with other buildings apartments and we got a noise complaint at 8.30 pm (?) but it was not a big deal.

The apartment itself was exceptional! High-quality furniture, appliances, towels, and even shower and bathroom accessories were great. The views from both bedrooms were great, Jacuzzi was quite big and a great plus. The location was great, about 20m from the beach and other beach attractions. Grocery shop about 3min drive and other food places not far. The host was unbelievably nice, we really enjoyed our stay (we even extended it).

Everything about our holiday was fantastic. Jelena is the perfect host, she wants all her guests to have a wonderful stay and for us she certainly managed this with all her care and attention to every single detail. She is very quick to respond to messages and is so very customer centric it is a breath of fresh air. It is the 2nd time we have stayed at Jelena's accommodation and both locations are great and would 100% recommend a stay here.

Nothing, Due to the time of year, some restaurants and bars were not open as yet, however the ones we visited the food was delicious, i had an amazing trip and i will be back

Jelena was the perfect host and just could not do enough, the little touches such as the expensive coffee, the luxury toiletries just show how much time and love she puts into making sure everything is perfect, own private beach is an additional bonus, property is a must if you are looking for peaceful getaway. Jelena very kindly organised bikes and this allowed us to explore the surrounding town, Marina is on the doorstep too, people are so helpful and friendly.

Nothing about the property. The only minus is the location - it is in Bibinje Marina - where there is almost nothing- you are quite away from everyrthnig - nearest spar -1,5 km away(20 min walk), nearest restaurants are in Bibinje which is 2,5 km away , so yoj either walk - and here is the problem - there are no sidewalks- you walk on the street- or you go by car. We walked, for us it is ok as we like to hike, walk, but you should take this into account

The location is very modern, clean, you have all the amenities you need: dishwashing machine in the kitchen, air cond, washing machine in the basement . The jaccuzzi is for all the appartments - except the Penthouse which has his own.. but it is very nice to use, clean. The Queen Apartment where we stayed was on the ground floor , in front of the parking with partial small sea view, but it was perfect for us. The beach is 100 m away- it is only for the house people, quite, nearby is thr public beach. Jelena , the host is very nice, reacheable every time.. she is looking daily in the house and on the beach so that the guest are satisfied.

The booked appartment was not available because of current circumstances. So a smaller one was offered for the same price. You need definitely a car or scooter to get to the next shops and restaurants, because you can’t enter the marina area.

Very nice apartments with an own kitchen and new furnitures. The first and second floor have a nice sea view. The contact and communication was very friendly and easy. That was great. Thank you!
