The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was modern and very clean. The air conditioner was on and was very welcoming as the temperature was in the 30s. Location was perfect for the town but quiet at night.

Unfortunately the bathroom door did not close properly. It would not latch.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!! Organised return transfer to airport, stored our luggage and came back to get it for us. Fine young gentleman carried out luggage downstairs for us. Could not fault!

We stay in #6 on the fourth floor. That was a lot of narrow stairs to hike after walking in the heat. While there was parking, the staff said there had been some vandalism issues in the back parking lot and suggested we park in the more visible paid parking out front. The fee wasn't too bad. No damage to the car.

The location is as central as it can get, the shore is a 3 minute walk from the accommodation. The room was clean and had all the basics we needed. The host was very welcoming, helpful and gave us good restaurant recommendations, and we had an effective and fast communication with him. There is free parking beside the property, albeit a little tight. Everything was clean and we had an easy self check-out. Very good choice for a couple, we liked it

This apartment is located in Zadar ancient city, from the seaside promenade, sea breeze piano walk five minutes, to the ancient city walk in about 15 minutes, this apartment can also park, basically have a parking space, the room is clean, the bath water is big and hot, if your luggage is big and heavy, the staff will take the initiative to help you move upstairs, Because there's no elevator, so it's worth it.

Parking was a bit of a challenge (took an hour of circling to find a spot), but once we parked the car it didn't need to move again until we left.

Amazing location where everything in the old town is within walking distance! Less than 3 minutes walk to the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation art installation. Also, we were recommended to go to Restoran 4 Kantuna and will strongly second the recommendation - amazing food at a very fair price.

Great spot for an overnight. The carpark is super handy and has Roman ruins in it!! Staff v friendly, use the Aircon in summer!

The stairs! We stayed in Room 5, on the top floor, and the spiral staircase was quite challenging to navigate with the luggage. When booking, I saw that the description said that there is no elevator in the building (which is understandable since it's in Old Town). Well, I thought, ok, we are fine with stairs. BUT! it didn't say that it is a narrow steep SPIRAL staircase that you have to climb to the third floor. I feel that they should be more upfront about it, since it could be a problem for people. There are no pictures of it on the website, so I will post my own here, so the future guests could decide whether it would work for them.

The apartment is very cozy, literally steps away from the promenade and old town. Carlo at the reception waited for us til evening to check us in and even carried out suitcases up the staircase. He also gave us info when visiting Zadar e.g sites and food recommendations. Parking is free outside the apartment but the alleyway is narrow. We parked at paid spaces on the street since we didnt want to risk scratching the rental car.

Room is workable although quite small.

Location is excellent for the Wave Organ, sunset and the Forum. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Mario arranged for us to get into our room early then gave us detailed information about vegetarian restaurants. Vera gave us good information about a mobile phone repair shop and the location of our ferry departure, then arranged a spot for us to leave our luggage for several hours after check out. This helpful service made all the difference. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to make some meals.

Parking was tricky. A very small space to use to enter parking and parking “lot” had rubble and obstacles. And was full at first so we had to do pay parking until it freed up later. Parking was very near rental property.
