You get what you see on the pictures. The flat is spacious, well arranged layout. The whole place is clean and well equipped. It was super easy to communicate with the host, everything was described in advanced, with every details you need to know. It's 30-45 minutes easy walk from the city centre (depends on your walking), a taxi costs 4-5 EUR

The apartment isn't located in the main centre area, however it is only a short drive away. Also highly recommend checking out the Tvrda, very pretty area to walk around and grab a drink/ice cream.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, the extra (second) bathroom was a welcome addition! There was a washing machine and dryer which was super useful for our needs, We had dinner at Restoran Bijelo Plavi which is a short walk away, it was delicious - highly recommend.

The place itself feel very homey and offers every amenity you could need. As a family travelling with a small child, we thought it was absolutely perfect. Petar is a very kind host who waited to meet us so that he could show us around and tell us the basics about Osijek. We were travelling by car so parking was important - seeing as Sjenjak is a residential district, parking is free and there were always one or two free spaces around. Despite it not being a 'secure' parking, I felt perfectly comfortable with this arrangement. The apartment's location in Sjenjak helps give tourists a nice "real" feel of Osijek. Obviously, anyone visiting town would stop by Tvrda and the town centre anyway - but getting a first-hand feel of local neighbourhoods in such a small but important town was also very enjoyable. Getting to and from the town centre is convenient thanks to the tram line. At the same time, having Osijek's refurbished Tatra T3's swing by (and stop) just below our balcony was a true delight to me as a tram fan.

What is positive, it's also a bit negative: the tram (and busy road) in front of the house. Although the windows are well soundproofed and the shutters also help a lot. I only describe it if someone is specifically sensitive to it and sleeps poorly... It's difficult to find a parking space in the evenings because there are many cars, but not impossible... Maybe you can't stop right in front of the house, but that's all. But I really can't say anything bad.

One of the best apartments I have been to. Kind owner, comfortable mattress and bed linens, spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped kitchen (really awesome!) Tram stops in front of the house, but half an hour walk from downtown, the stadion is 3 minutes. If we come again, I will only book here again! Book calmly, you won't regret it. I recommend it!

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They had useful information and recommendations for the area. Tram stop to central Osijek was right outside the apartment, a 2 minute walk. The apartment was very big, much bigger than it looked from the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, we liked that it had a washing machine and drier, though we used the large sunny balcony to dry the clothes. Parking was free and easily available in the car park attached to the apartment block, no permit required. Although the apartment had no elevator it was only up two small flights of stairs so not a bad walk. Everywhere felt very safe. Large supermarket and very good restaurants all within a 10 minute walk.
