Homely, warm, clean, well maintained, great for self-catering, grocery store nearby. Weather was too cold for sitting outside however we were envious, and enjoyed the beautiful garden outside the apartment. Not everything was in flower, the owner has ‘green thumbs’ an excellent gardener with pride in the apartment. A pleasant walk to the entrance of the Plitvice Lake area. A beautifully paved, broad, natural stone path is being laid from close to the apartment to the National Park Entrance. This path, through pleasant woods will be an attraction in itself when completed, the sturdy stonework is exceptional.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great apartment. Recently renovated, fully equipped, had everything you could need. It was clean and comfortable. It has a small terrace surrounded by garden. It's near Plitvice lakes, just a short walk through the woods from entrance 2. The self-checkin was really easy, instructions were clear. 100% worth the money.

There is nothing to complain about.

Beautiful spacious apartment located in the basement of an apartment building with a small terrace and a small flower garden. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, we didn't miss anything. There is a supermarket nearby and a walking trail leading to the entrance gate to the Plitvice Lakes National Park begins not far from the apartment. Parking is possible at the supermarket, the apartment is about 50 meters uphill, it is not possible to reach the apartment by car (it may be a problem for disabled people). Very good communication with the owner via email, WhatsApp, phone and SMS, he made sure that we didn't miss anything and that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location near Entrance 2 of the park. Well equipped kitchen, made dinner and breakfast no problem. Nice little garden out the back to have a quiet coffee.

No wine opener at the apartment. Also there is road construction going through the whole walkway. It will be better if host can warm the guests first.

A coffee maker would be nice. But it is not necessary, as instant coffee (and ground coffee) was provided. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Excellent location. The apartment was equipped with everything needed. A kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and even spices and seasonings. The bathroom with towels, cosmetics, a washing machine and a functional shower. Comfortable beds in two separate bedrooms. Clean and spacious. A fruitbasket and a bowl full of candy were a very nice touch. A rose garden right outside of the window is very nice as well.

The host was wonderful. We arrived without car and the host was so kind and organized a car transfer for us. The apartment is clean and has a wonderful patio area with a stunning flower garden.

We had very pleasent stay. Apartman was very clean and good equiped. There is a grocery store and playground for kids near by, and entrance to the lakes is short walk away.

This apartment is perfect if you are here to visit the Lakes. The flat is 10 mins walk from the entrance, next to the supermarket in a small village with nice local people. The owner is a very kind and friendly, same as his son, they are new on Booking so they havent burnt out from tourism at all. There is everything what is needed in the apartment (full equipped kitchen, from washing powders until olive oil.) In addition: our son had his birthsday the day we arrived, and Kata returned with balloons, sweets and a beautiful present for him. So we were really touched. We will suggest this flat to all of our friends!

On the floor were long hairs, in every room.it seems to be, that accommodation was not vacuumed and wiped damp. In the shower was clogged drain. Water was all over the floor. We could not even washed our hairs, too much water on the floor.

Perfect location to Plitwitzke Jezera. Very quiet in the night. Good equipment. Very comfortable beds. Welcome basket of fruits was nice surprise.
