Lits of stairs, no shower at swimming pool

Service was very nice. The man took all the time for any question we had. Very friendly.

The room, pool, and breakfast were all in different locations around the town. The room was in a building where not all rooms linked to Agava hotel. Noisy neighbours and no reception in the building to investigate (although I did speak to someone on the phone). Bathroom was very small. I would ask to stay in the main hotel where the pool was if I went again.

Friendly and helpful staff at the main hotel where the reception and pool is. Pool was very clean and quiet. Room was in a separate but very central location. Room was clean and well decorated. Aircon was really good. Good quality breakfast at a restaurant nearby. All good value for money. This is definitely a good pick if you are looking for a central room, but are planning to be out exploring for most of your trip. I had a lovely time in Split.

As many reviews mention, we weren’t aware of the walk from the apartment to the main hotel where the pool area was but it was fine & manageable for us. We were unlucky to get some very noisy guests staying at the apartment below us one evening who were shouting past 1am.

Modern & clean apartment with good facilities. The breakfast that is included is served at a local restaurant which we were very impressed by, lots of good options to choose from. The staff were helpful with booking the ferry to Hvar & hiring a car too.

swimming pool was in another building 5-7 min walk distance. there are 3 flights of stairs.. So if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk it up & down the stairs

Excellent location, right in the middle if old town, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach. very clean, The staff were helpful and friendly.

Room fine for a solo traveller but would be right for a couple. Also swimming pool was in another hotel. The accommodation was a like a small studio in a building and thought I was staying in a hotel from the photos

If staying at the Apartment, its necessary to know that there are 3 flights (I think) of stairs.. So if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk it up & down the stairs.

I stayed in the Apartment not the actual hotel, but its in a great location and not too far from the main property. I could use the facilities - pool and lounge areas at main property. Breakfast was included at a local cafe, which was very tasty and quite large.. Staff were very helpful. Room was well appointed and surrounding area has lots of cafe's, bars & restaurants.

On arrival we were left waiting outside the property for 5-10 minutes. Lots of stairs up to the room.

We were charged 40 euro, 20pp to use the pool after check out while we waited for our flight. Thought this was a bit ridiculous, we’ve often used the leisure facilities at other hotels/apartments while we waited for a flight later on in the evening.

Very comfortable bed, location was great and room was very clean. Little bit misleading as the pool is not on site, it is a 5 min walk away from the room in a sister hotel Agava Luxury Hotel.

5 minute walk from apartment to pool as I did not understand these were located on separate sites.

Very clean room located right next to the Old Town. close to restaurants, shops, tours,etc. Access to private pool which was great in 37 degree heat. Awesome airconditioning. Modern bathroom.

There is no parking, you need to find your own street parking. Etc or ask them to reserve you a spot.

The steps up to the room at the top - about eighty of them I believe!!☹️ Thank goodness for the lovely friendly staff who carried our heavy luggage. It is a shame there is no terrace at the property, but it wasn’t a ‘deal breaker’ for us. Small pool available at hotel who own the rooms, but we didn’t really use it much.

Brilliant location in old part of the city, just steps from the many bars, restaurants and shopping area.Very modern tastefully decorated room, even if a little on the small side.

up 3 flights of stairs, was not clear that the room was not in the main hotel. this really should be made clear when book (not a problem for us but could have been! ) Pool 10 Minutes walk away. No window in bedroom, but a window with no blind in the bathroom. we were not told what to do with the key when leaving!

We wanted a double bed as we are a couple but we had 2 single beds. The beds did separate during nights - not very nice. Also a taxi ordered by Agava to take us to an airport was 30 minutes late and we were nearly late for our flight. That was extremely stressful.

The ad should have been more clear about the room being separate to the hotel.

This room was separate from the actual hotel, it was a 2 min walk to reception. the pool was great and the facilities were ok. the room is up 4 floors, but didn’t bother us.

Perfect location right by Split old town and the having use of the pool was dreamy! The room was quite compact but really nice and clean. The reception staff were helpful in sharing information about exploring the city too :)
