It didn’t bother us, but be aware that there are many stairs and quite big distances between the buildings. We couldn’t play darts and table tennis, because the arrows and the rockets were destroyed. It did bother us a little.

Stunning, but not a busy location. You can have perfect rest here, but if you like city life, this is not your hotel. The beach and the mountains around are beautiful. Drinks and food is OK, average all inclusive things. Staff is nice. The building and the room is clean and is well kept. We had a big room with jakuzzi, and it’s absolutely worth it! All in all, it’s a good but average all inclusive hotel. If you expect luxury, you might be unsatisfied. If not, you will be very happy here.

The location is quite far from Split airport..it took 1.5hrs in a taxi which cost quite a bit. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly and polite. They were always willing to provide assistance where needed. The hotel is very big and the views from the bedroom is breathtaking.

The personnel is both friendly and responsive. The location is great: it's beautiful and quiet. Pool, gym, and spa bath are available without any lines. Couples may find this hotel to be an ideal destination.

Gym could be better equipped, but for some exercise it was okay. We do not know where it came but we smelled couple of times smoking smell in our terrace. Felt like someone was smoking from room balcony.

Hotel overall was very nice. Beautiful location and it was very good for relaxing vacation. Really liked that room was quiet and we loved our infinity pool from our room.

The evening entertainment should be better, I stayed in October, so maybe during a high season evening activities were different. Should be the possibility to 💃

The hotel has a nice panoramic view 👌 .Staff is very helpful, and the rooms are cleaned daily. A bed is very comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good, all-inclusive cocktails included Aperol Splitz, Majito, which was good. Hotel offers spa with extra coast .The room with a pool was nice with a nice view.

Just small things. More equipment for the fitness room, new ping pong paddles, better quality darts, and an increase in the number of parking spaces, which is probably difficult to achieve due to the hotel's location.

A hotel is in an excellent location, situated at the foot of the Biokovo mountain, right by the seaside, surrounded by small pine groves. The hotel has a large area, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment for guests to relax. Everything is provided here for a person to rest and recharge. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The reception was very friendly and helpful, they always offered us all the answers and solutions in a jiffy. The room was beautiful, and the pool on the terrace will always be unforgettable for me. The choice of food is really huge and it is really very good, also all the other Staff is very friendly.

Awful smell from the drains which we had most days and was very off-putting, loads of steps to get to the beach, would have liked to have better evening entertainment, we didn't actually know about the tui blue app until the last few days of our stay as nobody mentioned it during check in, parking is expensive - we didn't fancy paying 8 eur/day for our whole stay so that was a bit of a pain as free parking very limited and further to walk, restaurant staff doing amazing job but they're definitely over worked as we could see them doing several shifts in a row, everyday.

We thought the food was great with a lot of variety, location right by the beach with amazing clear water, decent drink selection, pool table and ping pong and other games/books, most of staff very friendly and helpful, fabulous sea view from our room, Thea's coffee bar amazing! (we ended up using it a lot as the machine coffee was so so), TUI rep is there daily if you want excursions (we had a car so did everything independently).

If you want to go out and see the sights, perhaps pick somewhere a bit closer to a big town. However, we were there for four days to flop in the sun, so the isolation suited us. The food would have become repetitive if we had stayed for longer than a few days. The spa was distinctly average and the staff kept trying to upsell top-up treatments and skincare, which was not very relaxing. The games faclities (pool table and table tennis) were tired and in need of light repair.

This is a secluded hotel in a beauty spot at the bottom of a mountain. The beach (provided you have shoes to walk on the pebbles) is stunning, the rooms are huge and the sea view from our enormous balcony was breathtaking. We did a paint and wine class which was great fun and good value for money. The buffet and drinks were varied and good value (The Night on Thursday is especially good). The staff could not do enough for you; they were incredibly welcoming and efficient on the front desk (we had a problem with the safe that was sorted in minutes) and in the restaurant (very fast table turnaround).

Good food but sometimes there could have been bigger variety. Paid beach sunbeds were a let down, it also led to more people around the pool and long queues at the pool bar. Quite often there were lots of wasps near pool bar which wasn't pleasant.

Overall the hotel was pleasant, had great views and quite clear sea.

Food was a but uninspiring but believe me you will gain some weight here just from the amount of it. You have to be early at the pool to reserve good places.

Rule about towels for a pool is (my opinion) funny…you get card and you switch card for towel - OK…but you are allowed to change towel every two days…strange!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with stunning views and friendly staff. The spa treatment by Sofy and Isabelle was top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway with great food and service. Can't wait to return.

Some of the staff are rushed and they come out as rude. The organization of the bar and restaurant staff is not great. You had to wait sometimes quite a lot at the restaurant till they cleaned the tables for you and also at the bar every barman prepared the same cocktail in diferent way so it didn't taste the same. The cutlery is very used, especially the glasses are worn out and also sometimes dirty. The parking in front of the hotel is small, full and with pay. Thankfully they have a small parking nearby which they offer free of charge. Although the policy is to not reserve sun beds, the ones in the shades are reserved from 7 am every day. For those with knee problems, the majority of rooms have a lots of stairs to get to the beach, which may pose a problem.

Hotel has a very nice view, the location is great. Lots of activities (make sure to download the tui app). Staff in general friendly. Food was ok and varied. All inclusive has a good variety of cocktails and drinks included which also tasted good. The cleanliness of the hotel was in general very good.

Please clean the rooms a bit more and change the towels in the bathroom. Also, the food should have more variety in the recipes, as the meals were almost the same every day

I didn’t like the food, very salty. Curtains, mattress, mattress cover and towels were worn out. The salads and fruits did not look appealing. Not a great selection of fruits or salads.

I liked the cake section, lots of variety, tasty. Clean, good room service, location is good.
