Bathroom was slightly cramped and had an strange awkward by the sink which was glassed in and looked as if it could be accessed by the shower the reading light by the bed was broken and couldn't be positioned easily.

Pickup location/method not clearly explained in reservation email; had to call them upon arrival. Google Maps also pins the hotel at a weird/wrong location, so please make sure you set GPS to/from the bus station if you go there by rental car (which is likely the best transportation method) from Split (using the car ferry). Restaurants at old town are limited and all pricey. The restaurant in the hotel doesn’t offer reserved seats foe hotel guests. My recommendation would be the one next door (to the right when you exit the hotel).

Breakfast food is amazing and the open deck restaurant is right next to the waterfront! Since it is in the old town, guests won’t be able to drive to the hotel entrance. Rather, you would meet with the hotel porter at the bus station where they will take your luggage with a cart and you would walk from the bus station to the hotel (4 mins). Multiple parking options near the bus station, the cheapest being 4 euro for a wholeday!

The bar tender on the top floor, is miserable. He needs to learn how to smile. He must be so miserable in his job.

The location of this hotel is amazing. sitting outside having breakfast watching the boats in the harbour was just incredible. The rooms are lovely and clean.

Indoor Pool was cool, not heated.

The Spa hotel was lovely. Well appointed and comfortable. Centrally located right on the port. Quiet rooms. Amazing staff who were very accommodating, kind and friendly. The spa was spotless and the treatments we had excellent.

Room layout, bathroom and WC and sink are in different areas which is weird

Superior room was smaller than expected.

Breakfast was great. Location was lovely although you could hear people leaving bars/restaurants late in the evening from our room. Views were lovely. Breakfast waiting staff were great - very efficient.

Only complaint about one waiter at resto , not tall lady with hair tied in a bun. Very rude, she took wrongly the order for coffee for breakfast and replied I was mistaken in very bad manners All the rest was fantastic

our room was quite warm at night. when I opened the window, there was a boat with a loud engine so eventually closed the window. I didn’t sleep that well because of the heat.

This hotel has everything I look for in a hotel, the welcome, the service, a fabulous breakfast, perfect location and style galore. We loved the Adriana and would recommend it to everyone.

I could tell that the room's flooring was older as the carpet under the beds looked old and worn down. The beds unfortunately were not comfortable and definitely need to be upgraded. The shower area was frustrating because the water got all over the floor when you opened the door. It also offered barely any privacy.

The breakfast that was included was amazing. They had some options from the chef available which was nice. The dining area was well decorated and had such a pretty view of the water and boats! We had a "sea view" room which we loved. The view over the water and the rest of the city never got old.

property was beautifully decorated staff excellent manager at reception was exceptional as was the Porter ..they could not do enough for you considering we arrived at 7.45am the manager arranged for another room so we didn’t have to wait till 2pm check in and supplied us with an amazing buffet breakfast. Pool fabulous everything so clean.
