We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. The hotel was spotlessly cleanand the food was great. The pool and roof terrace gave great views over the bay. Very historic town with cobbled streets. Absolutely beautiful.

United StatesParking is the problem for all harborside hotels in Hvar, so Adriana is no different. The nearest location is up a moderate but somewhat lengthy climb to the hill behind the town. Best is to take your vehicle to the bus station then call the hotel to have the valet drive his cart over and pick up your luggage. Then you can take your vehicle around the town and up the hill to the public parking lot, whose cost is relatively inexpensive and can be added to your hotel bill. At the end of your stay you will have to make that climb to retrieve your vehicle, and go back to the bus station for your luggage, but that's the cost of staying in lovely Hvar town.
Between the harbor view from our room window and from the roof top bar, there is no hotel in Hvar that can say it has a better location. Staff were professional and friendly, and the free breakfast was above average, located where there was another panoramic view of Hvar harbor. Facilities were completely modern, with a luxurious room that wasn't terribly large, but quite adequate for two.

United KingdomThe terrible heating/aircon system. Way too hot at night with the window closed but too noisy with the window open. Annoying that you can seem to turn the system off entirely. Also annoying that they closed the rooftop bar on the last day for filming.

United KingdomWe had no complaints.
The hotel was outstanding as was the location - on the waterfront and next to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to sit on a balcony and watch the hive of activity in the port with yachts, fishing boats and ferries is coming and going all the time. The swimming pool was heated and the two sundecks provided plenty of opportunity to soak up the autumn sun. We found the breakfast menu a bit odd but things improved when we realised we could pick any combination of items we wished from the menu and the staff were most helpful We arrived by car having used the ferry from Split to Stari Grad as we wished to travel back via Dvirnick. This allowed us to see the whole island as we travelled south to return to the mainland - but overall we might have been better leaving the car in Split and taking the passenger ferry which sails right to Hvar port. This is partly because there are not too many roads on the island, and partly because there is no parking near the hotel. The nearest convenient car park is away at the top of town and we had to carry and drag on luggage to the hotel on arrival. It was only after we had arrived that we realised that the hotel have an electric vehicle and would have come and collected the luggage. They very kindly took her luggage back to the car on departure which was a great help. The other problem with taking the car was that the satellite navigation we used to locate the hotel took us through ever narrowing streets until we came to a dead end with our car mirrors almost touching the house walls on either side. At that point we were probably only 100 yards from the hotel but that was not a lot of help! It was only with the help of a kind local but we managed to reverse the car back through the narrow street to a turning point where a 12 point turn was achievable! Not the ideal arrival. This is not the fault of the hotel but it would’ve been helpful to have had the luggage arrangements spelt out clearly before arrival.

IrelandAir con in room could only be switched off if window was left open so quite loud at night. TV didn’t work in room, for the most part signal was interrupted on majority of channels. Shower flooded a lot of the bathroom floor.
Beautiful views, location, staff. Kindly was given a room upgrade on check in. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice on the menu.

United KingdomOur room was lovely, well decorated and the cleanliness could not be faulted, however, it was quite small, with not much storage and a tiny balcony. The bathroom was great though, with excellent lighting and lovely, complimentary toiletries.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of the ferry. The views were stunning looking across the harbour, especially from the rooftop bar.The breakfasts were lovely and we ate sitting on the terrace overlooking the harbour and the town.

United KingdomRoom was a bit rough around the edges in comparison to the hotel (could do with redecoration) still pleasant enough though, balcony was v small, we couldn't get a booking for a massage in the 3 days we were there (may have been because it was raining)
Loved it here, would definitely recommend. Perfect location, beautiful views, very attentive and friendly staff (5* service), the spa facilities are really great! One of the only hotels right on the harbour so no steep steps!

The hotel is in a great location in the center of town. The staff were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. The hotel had a great outdoor seating area and amenities. Breakfast was a delicious a la carte selection, so fresh from the kitchen. The Spa was decent and i enjoyed some of the facilities during my stay. It was an enjoyable stay.

United StatesThere were a couple of issues with our room that I noted to staff, water really came out of the shower every time we used it and fully soaked bathmats and then some. There was an odd issue in our room where when you pressed on the headboard, some of the lights would turn on/off
Free breakfast was extremely delicious. Great rooftop pool/bar area that overlooks the bay. Rooms are cute and nicely designed. Staff was very helpful whenever we needed help with anything.

Belgiumthe rooftop bar has a top location. however the level of the music was to loud. we asked to reduce the level buth the waiter was not amused and did nothing. we left the bar and told it to the reception. the manager took action and the day after the level of the music was normal. conclusion: good management.
the hotel is on the border of the sea and has a nice terrace for the breakfast. the rooms are not big but nice designed and comfortable.

We asked for a quiet room and we got it, which was much appreciated. The breakfast is just wonderful. Location unbeatable in Hvar - by the beach and a few steps from the city center. The sauna facilities are very well kept. Rooftop bar is one of the best viewpoints in the city. Staff if overall very helpful and dedicated Particularly pleasant: Due to our own error - we left one day early... The hotel nevertheless reimbursed that day. Not every day´s treatment of guests. Thanks a lot, indeed!
