The interior was outdated, and that is the only thing that bothered me. Except that everything was perfect

Great location, near the old town but the place was really quiet. The apartment was roomy and very well equipped. Rina's hospitality was outstanding! The contact was amazing - she helped us with the check-in, recommended some interesting places and gave us delicious grapes grown on her terrace. Highly recommend this place! Good quality for affordable price.

Rina's property is high up in the Old Town, which involves climbing many steps.

An excellent stay. Rina greeted me with grapes and her home-made walnut wine, which was very good. The apartment has a separate bedroom (the bed was comfortable) and living area including the kitchen and had everything I needed.

The air con could be a bit more powerful.

Lovely spacious apartment perfectly situated close to the old town - only 4 minutes walk to the entrance of the old town and away from the tourists. The hosts were lovely (10/10!). They picked us up from the airport and were very informative. They even gave us some of their tomatoes, which was very kind of them! Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

Rina was an excellent host, she was very helpful! I had an unfortunate accident with my car and Rina drove to our location to pick us up! She also escorted us to Cavtat where my car was taken to a garage. In general very helpful and welcoming. We definitely visit agin.

Rina and her husband were really nice! On our first day they made us find a free parking spot close to the place we stayed at. The apartment is situated very close to the old town and was very nice and cosy, we would definitely come back! Thanks again for this nice experience :)

The bed was very firm but it was fine for my 9 day stay.

nearly everything was perfect, personally we found the pillows a little uncomfortable (but that’s a personal preference I guess) and just be careful that you only get there by foot via stairs, which is not a big problem though if you are mobile

very friendly & helpful host Rina, the apartment was super big with everything you needed including a washing machine, towels and some cold water in the fridge. the location is very central, but be careful,there are some steps to take in order to get there and to the Center

The location of the property is perfect - so close to the Old Town and very handy for buses to get about. The apartment was well equipped and with plenty of space for a couple. There was the great bonus of an excellent terrace space.Our hosts were welcoming and helpful with local information. The whole experience was .delightful

The place is very near to the main gate of Oldtown Dubrovnik. You have to be ready to climb some stairs. Rina, her husband and her mother where very kind and helpful. Brought us stuff from their garden. The general parking situation in Dubrovnik is difficult, they charge up to 100 Euro per day! Rina's husband guided us to their private parking spot close by (no extra charge). We left the car there for three days. Perfect!

The beds a little bit uncomfortable, but not too bad.

The owner was super. Great location with free parking which is a great thing in Dubrovnik. The apartment is large enough, well equipped, clean and you have a large and very nice and cozy terrace. Loved it. Recommend 100%.

Nothing!! Everything was fantastic!!

Rina and her family are such nice, friendly welcome people. They met us on the street above and helped us park our rental car and helped us with our bags (lots and lots of steps EVERYWHERE in Dubrovnik). The apartment was a very nice size, with a kitchenette, living room area, table and chairs, and even a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a fold down clothes drying rack on the patio. We did a load of wash and hand washed some items as well, so the drying rack was very handy. The patio had a great view. Bed was comfortable. Rina made us some homemade wine and brought us some grapes they grew in their yard. Old Town was only a 4 or 5 minute walk (down steps) and there was a small grocery shop and bakery about the same walking distance (up some staircases). We visited both a couple of times. We cooked all our evening meals (simple dinners) in the apartment. Having free parking was another HUGE savings. Parking is outrageous high in Dubrovnik!! We stayed here 4 nights. JUST Parking in Dubrovnik Old Town parking for 4 days would have cost us around the same amount if not a little more than the cost of our 4 night stay. The apartment was So handy and saved $ both parking and food wise. I could go on and on but to sum up... Great location, great family, great value for the money!!!
