There's no actual variety of food in the "buffet" if you can call it that. The food was always cold, whether you got there early or late. Overall wouldn't recommend.

CanadaThe food is not great, it’s not covered and flies are all over it. The rooms are awful. The beds don’t even have mattress covers, just a thin sheet that was stained sheet. Overall bedding seemed dirty and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms need some major work too. The balcony was nice though. I would definitely come for the day but never for the night again.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect and the sunrise was gorgeous Staff was friendly and courteous.

United States of AmericaHere is what went not so well. No internet in the rooms. This is not acceptable. Some people travel and have to work, so you have to sit in lobby to do that. Sewer outside of the snack area is overflowing and has to be fixed. Resort was fixing pool which is great but noise and dust were all over the beach area. There is no hot water during week as folks don't stay there apparently during week. This has to be fixed. Also water is very rusty and salty in the shower . This is also not acceptable. Please fix your water system. In dinning areas staff grabs plates before you finish eating and don't clean table between sittings. They bring water but I can bring it myself. Have staff clean and replace silverware. Facility needs to be repaired big time. Mosquitoes aren't treated and gosh they will leave you alive. There is no consistency in servicing. One day you place order at the counter , next day they take your orders and take forever to tell you they ran out of the item . Not major, but needs some improvement. One day no actual cups for coffee, other days there are. Common area ran out of coffee. We asked to have it refilled, nothing...... Rooms need to be upgraded big time. Staff is friendly but either understaffed and tired or just odd in some instances, but for the most part are good. Facility is working on improvements but really really far away from where they should be for all inclusive. Most folks are very kind and accommodating. One comment on fish. Staff doesn't know how to cook baked fish, that wasn't edible at all. I grew up on fish and can eat it in most shape and form. Baked fish isn't theirs. broiled or pan fried fish was amazing .
Here is what is good at the property: Food and location are great. I never once got sick , so this is major since I tend to , so food handled mostly correctly. Except once I saw staff touching pancakes with their bare hands. Should be no no

Hotel was great, the whole location with 2 seimming pools and beautiful beaches, olus my room and especially the service. Let me especially highlight Darby at the reception who restlessly looked for helping me to safely come from Roatán to the Maya ruins. And she made it, thanks so much!
