Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

2nd time at this hotel. The hotel is great. The rooms are bigger than the average room sizes in Hong Kong. The location is very good. I really like this hotel and I plan to go back for the 3rd time in November.

Indonesia- If you're sensitive to light when sleeping, you may find it a little bright at night. The light switches are quite bright, but we covered them up with black tape and it was fine. Curtains aren't blackout ones so be prepared to be woken by the sun in the morning. - It's about 12-15 mins walk to the MTR.
This is our second time staying here. The room is clean and comfortable, the shower is amazing, aircon is cold, closet space is generous, and the soundproofing is pretty good. We stayed on the 13th floor and it was quiet despite being right above the bars, although you will occasionally hear doors closing/opening (depends on how loud the other guests are). Also there are many shops and restaurants in the area so there's plenty to see!

United StatesThe location is on a hill, so it's a bit tiring walking up the hill at the end of a long day of exploring. But it's in a great location and perfect if you want to explore Tsim Sha Tsui!
Staff were friendly and room was clean. Amenities were great as well. The location is awesome for travelers looking to be located somewhere in the middle of the action of Tsim Sha Tsui.

SingaporeWasn’t very clean; there were hairs left in the toilet upon entering for the first time and even after housekeeping. Lingering cigarette smell in the room. Staff could be friendlier. Steep slope leading up to the hotel entrance, do be careful when handling luggage.
Appreciated the free room upgrade. Enough space for two huge luggages. Good location in the heart of Jordan/TST, well-connected by various metro and bus lines, including the airport bus. Lots of food and shopping options around, with two coin laundromats a few minutes’ walk away. Mattress was quite comfortable.

SingaporeAlthough hotel is located in walking distance to the train station, hotel itself is located on a pretty steep hill. It can be quite tiring to climb up after a long day out. Certainly not recommended if you have bad knees.
Overall, the room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Staff were able to speak well in English. Free wifi was also stable which is much appreciated!
