You have to give the hotel a deposit, around 100 Euro. This make you feel as if you were treated as an untrustworthy guest.

I was lucky to get a room at 13th floor with wonderful view over neighbourhood. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was rather on a small side, but not much to complain. Location is good. Walking distance to a metro and very close to a street offering plenty options for dining. If the room price is maintain at a reasonable level, I will gladly stay in this hotel again.

The front desk staff, especially the males, were not very accommodating. I'm not sure if it's the language barrier or what. But I have talked to several Chinese who were very friendly and accommodating with their tone of voice, so I know that when you ask the front desk staff, it's like asking for a big favour. Aside from that, our stay was great!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Restaurants and bars are just a few steps away. If you're craving Korean, Japanese, or authentic Cantonese cuisine, everything is just steps away from the hotel. The shopping mall is also about 200 to 300 meters away, so you don't need to worry about getting a ride. And if you need some groceries, there's no need to worry as they are also a few steps from the hotel.

There is no breakfast available at the hotel, so you must go outside.

I love the hotel, simple but with everything you can expect. The rooms are not so small, meaning a couple can stay easily and comfortably. The location is good, surrounded by restaurants and a shopping mall at side. Personnel is nice and always ready to solve any problem. There is a night food court to hang out and get drinks. Really lovely area and nice hotel.

Bedding could be comfier for price and 4 star rating. Staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. Very basic.

Good location near a lot of restaurants, malls, shops and 10-15 mins walk to different MTR stations, making it convenient. Rooms were very clean.

The hotel front door is at a slope where it is hard for us to get on & off taxi. Walking up the stairs after a exhausting day is also quite bad. But it is a fantastic location with bars, restaurants, shops & malls nearby. Still love it in overall!

The staff there is helpful and efficient! Enjoy the communication with them. The room is always tidy and clean after I am back in the afternoon. Great job!

You’ll have to go a little uphill before entering the hotel. If you have a luggage and heavy stuff, this is a challenge

It is near everything you want to go to in TST but not as expensive as the other hotels in the area. I also appreciated the socket in the room has a USB/ USBC and universal outlet

Not sure what is that, maybe something of the air condition system for aisle, one machine might be too close to the room I’ve been assigned originally, the noise made me failed to sleep. But as I’ve mentioned their nice service, they’ve reassigned another room for me after I’ve told them, and everything went super smoothly.

Hotel service is good, room is ok and clean. the bath room is also good and clean. Est. 9 mins away from the TST MTR is totally acceptable. You can take the A22 from the airport instead of taking airport Express. Also There is a very nice bar street right beside to this hotel, which is awesome!
