Very convenient location to the HK airport. They also have a shuttle bus although we didn't use it as our flight was quite early. Staff were helpful; for example, we hadn't planned on an overnight stay in HK and hadn't brought the appropriate adaptor but the hotel provided one. The gym facilities are also quite good for a hotel.

i came late at night and was not familiar with Hong Kong transportation system from the airport to the hotel so had a bit of a challenge trying to figure out my way to the hotel at midnight especially since the shuttle service ended at 11 pm.

They charge a huge deposit apart.from room rate. No toiletries provided. We.asked.for room slipper since bathroom floor gets.wet.after.showrr. No bottled water.provoded. It's.charged.

We had a terrible experience; even though we were informed of the tax and service charges when we made our reservation on Booking.Com, we still paid them. And the receptionist at the Sheraton Hotel informed us that we required to make a substantial cash deposit when we first arrived. We were aware that deposits are required at all hotels, but not to that extent. For the record, we recently returned from a three-month vacation in Ontario, Canada. Regarding that deposit, Booking.Com's customer support apologized and said they were unaware of the large sum. They also said they will get in touch with the Sheraton's reception. We end up waiting for our check-out and the return of our deposit because our complaints are useless and nothing happens; nevertheless, this happens too late because we have to go and have no time to shop. I will not suggest staying at the Sheraton to tourists on a tight budget, like us. You should get in touch with Booking.Com or let them know all the details regarding the large deposit you need.

Sheraton the name for itself best service. Friendly staff, very close to the airport and easily accessible by their free shuttle bus service from/to the airport and metro station. Good breakfast. The pool itself is stunning. Nice room with a stunning sea view.

Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Loved the shuttle buses, to Tung Chung and the airport. Loved the location and the shops across the road, really good laundromat next to the shops if you need to wash your clothes. The hotel did offer this service as well. Staff were very helpful and the swimming pool was great

Breakfast was a little bit expensive and the outdoor pool has a system of walking through a water fountain to ensure people shower before getting in the pool which is a great idea in theory but this doesn't really work with phones and electronic devices or even just wanting to have your own clothes with you. Check out took a little bit longer than I would have liked.

We arrived very late in the early morning (around 2am) so were given quite a late check out which was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a gorgeous view out across the water where you could see the planes taking off. The bed was amazing in particular. We were very near the elevator which didn't make any difference due to the great sound proofing. The breakfast was lovely. The outdoor pool and gym was also great. Nice, free transfer bus to the airport. Helpful staff.
