They are very understaffed. Only one receptionist handles day to day matter. When I was trying to check in and picking up my luggage, I had to wait 30 minutes standing in the lobby with a long queue behind me. Also, you do have to get down to 5th floor for drinking water which is slightly inconvenient. Wish they have that at every floor

It locates very close to the underground station and is convenient to visit local shops in Wanchai area.

Desk chair was too low, and glass desktop meant my mouse wouldn´t work. The off-green tone of the glass in the room is a bit annoying. At first unable to log into wifi, phone not working, so elevator down to lobby to find out I was registered with my first name as my last, so where it asks for my last name had to put my first name. No big deal, but when you arrive you are a bit tired. Grr.

Location was excellent for the HK Exhibition Center. Room was decent size. Had coin-op laundry. And Fitness center. Nothing great, but a functioning treadmill does the trick. Noodle shop next door (going out and to the right) was AWESOME.

The hotel guest has to share the lift with old folks centre in 2nd floor. Sometimes the lift is busy in 2nd floor.

Pantry is useful for hotel guest. Location is good.

Breakfast was too cramped due to the number of people in the small room, with children. The bathroom is a glass cube, with curtains, just be aware of limited privacy. Taxi collection booked to return to the airport didn't happen, nothing to do with the hotel, which resulted in some panic and more a sign of don't rely on Uber!

Location was pretty central, close to Wang Chai MTA, though we arrived by taxi. Reception is a ground floor office to an elevator. Rooms are 5th floor and up. Room was bright and clean. Reception was good and efficient (English is not the best language in Hong Kong these days). Breakfast was OK, but busy and small for the number of people. Better than a premium brand hotel we had stayed in some days before (this was a split break).

It’s NOT very clean. I actually had to give the room a wipe down when I arrived - everything just felt a bit dusty and grimy. The room was also quite run down - wallpaper was yellowing and starting to peel off.

It’s conveniently located - plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby.

Facility is not enough. No face and hands towels unless are requested.

Housekeeping not frequent, short-staffed? Laundry room has only one washer and drier, located in a tiny back door stairway room.Zero service, staffs didn’t offer to help move heavy luggages. Not that easy to grab a taxi at the front of the hotel.

We book family room, but beside the main room door, there are still two separated room doors need room card to open, quiet inconvenient.

Good location, easy to access to many famous restaurants in Wan Chai area. Metro and bus stops just walking 3-5 mins away.

CLEAN, big room as for Hong Kong. Close to restaurants. Shop on the opositive side of street, close to fairs. 300m to Wanchai MTR stadion.

Cleanliness of room. Was given 1 that had toilet bowl leakage. Thankfully, got changed to a much better room. Bathroom is quite small. And who would use smooth surface homogeneous tiles for bathroom shower area? I slipped and fell badly. Fellow travelers, pls use the bath mat provided.

Location! Tram and bus stop at door step, MTR is just short walk on right hand side. Lots of eateries around, supermarket across the road. 24/7 McDonald's downstairs
