Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThere are note in the room that they will have window cleaning so if you want private you can close the curtain from morning to sunset but not wrote the exact period of date time. The room have glass water bottles for drink but didn't provide any glasses or cups. Only glass you can find is the glass in bathroom. Normally even 3 stars hotel provide separate glasses for drinking and another in the bathroom. The most hotel staff seem politely and professional enough but feel lack of cordiality. Only concierge (luggage storage in B3) on our check out date that seem more friendly and helpful as if they were different hotel staffs.
The location is good. Mtr exit is at the hotel front door. And hotel connect with K11 art mall. The room quite spacious and clean. The most staff I found have good communication in English.

SingaporeThe hotel breakfast was disappointing. On our last night we decided to try the hotel breakfast at a super discounted price because we are hotel guest. To our surprise, a 5 stars hotel like hyatt regency serve very limited choices for breakfast. Lucky we decided to try and pay for only for one day. Rather disappointing though.
The location of this Hotel is good. Right in front of the hotel entrance is East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit (N1 and N2). Can also take Exit D1 from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (Tsun Wan line) to reach the hotel. K11 Art Mall is right beside the hotel. And it is walking distance (abt 10min) to K11 Musea and Habour City. There is many eatery places around this hotel too.

Hong Kongbasic food in the club lounge, some of the lifts were not working or taking you up your floor but then not opening the doors so I had to go back down again and try another lift, not a pleasant experience.
very well located in TST district and directly connected to a shopping Mall and a MTR train station. Staff were very helpful and polite and the views from the club lounge were nice.
