They have 24-hour room service, but their price is sky-high! I don't think an average person would pay that much for in-room dining; a noodle dish can cost more than HKD200, and you could easily spend more than HKD1000 in one night for two people just for room service! I burst into laughter when I saw how they priced their food outrageously. When I was about to order some food for my mom and me after a long day in the hospital, we decided to get some food from the convenience shop nearby.

The location is good! I was staying there with my mother when my Dad was having a major operation in the hospital opposite it. It was a comfortable stay, and I appreciated that we could stay in a hotel so close to the hospital that we were busy looking after my Dad. That allowed my elderly mom and I to remain comfortable so we could rest and recharge at some point.

Staff were not able to speak English well and not well trained. There wasn’t any places to eat outside the hotel. The hotel only has two restaurants choices and the menus are really very pricey.

I found the bed too hard. It is unfortunate that the hotel did not have foam mattress overlays to offer guests who prefer a softer bed. This hotel used to have the absolute best French toast on their a la carte breakfast menu, and it is gone now. Please bring it back!

I found the bed much too hard. I know that is a personal preference and it shouldn’t reflect negatively on the hotel. I wish the hotel had foam mattress overlays for guests who can’t tolerate a very hard bed.

The location is not easily accessible from the airport via public transportation without multiple transfers, either by changing metro lines or using both bus and metro. For example, if you take the metro, you need to change lines three times. Additionally, the property requires a 5000 HKD deposit, which I was unaware of before check-in.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi speed was good and I didn't have any problem.

Throughout the stay at Hyatt with the family it had incredible views of the sea. We loved the breakfast every morning as it had amazing selection of western and chinese food. The kids loved the stay in the hotel and I loved how efficient and clean it was.

Check in and checkout queues took longer than expected.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed to relax. Great toiletries included and great sized bath. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but that was what I was after. Definitely would stay again. The bonus is the great views over the water.

No coffee or tea in the room. However all other facilities are available. The place was good for me as it is near to CHUK hospital where my course was but it is considered far away from the other places however the MTR station is close by. The price in the hotel is more expensive than booking which was strange.

The hotel is so convenient, super clean and elegant. Most of the staff are professional and friendly there is a gentleman his name is sunny in concierge disk he was so cooperative and made my life easy wish him the best.

The sound proof of the hotel room is horrible. I can hear people next door laughing and talking in their own room. If you need a quiet place to rest, this hotel may not be the best choice.

The room is large and transportation is very convenient.
