Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaBreakfast plates.. so small! You serve a good breakfast but the plates are the same size a saucer. SO SMALL. At least buy some decent sized plates. Your lifts are so old, they need updating. Every single time I used a lift I was waiting for 5-10 minutes.

Staff excellent and swimming pool great. Room was clean and refreshed daily. We got exactly what was described in the advert. Would recommend as a bolt hole for when in Hong Kong. Great shopping and dining options locally

NetherlandsNo more water bottles. (I know this is a new HK law, but then provide waterfilling stations per floor instead please.) The main switchboard of the room produced a very persistent buzz. Stayed at this hotel many times over the past decade. Noticed that the electric stove-top of the kitchenette has disappeared... The nice bouquets near the elevators have also gone... Thanks for the teabags and premixed 3-in-1 coffee, but some guests prefer their coffee sugar-free. (2-in-1)
Big pool! Spacious room. Light blocking curtains. Bath. Nice shower. Lightrail station and busstops very closeby; including airportbus that now uses the tunnel between Tuen mun and the airport. Quick & handy. MTR at walking distance (or by lightrail). Nice shopping mall including restaurants and big supermarket.

NetherlandsThere is not much to eat or to shop nearby. The room has only 1 queen size bed, with a sofa, which happened to be not a sofa-bed. So we had to sleep with our 9 year old daughter in 1 bed. An additional bed would cost around €40 a night, which would make the rate 40% higher than the original rate. Something to think about as with this higher rate you can go for another (better) hotel.
The room was big and they have a very nice outdoor swimming pool.

SingaporeThere was a cockroach crawling and went inside my luggage, it was something really bothering me a lot. We have to zip our luggage all the time to avoid it going into our clothes.
The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk staff who explained how to take public transport are very patient. The housekeeping staff are always friendly and greet people with a smile, we feel warm with that.

Hong KongThe gym should open at 6am and close at 11pm. Disappointed it closes at 10pm on Saturday. We all are here to do things in the day time. Don't expect us to be free. We all start our day early and finish late. We should be able to do gym before we start or end our day.
