It’s air con and excellent staff. The view from our room window was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel shuttle was convenient.

The bathroom in the room is quite small but it's not a problem for short stays. Also hope that there are not many people in the lift with you, it might take long to reach your floor.

The hotel is well located, not too far from the metro. They also offer a shuttle bus toreach some hot spots of the city but not the "centrum". The room is comfortable even if it's small.

The shower area is slightly smaller than anticipated and the shower curtain would sometimes stick to you when showering. As other reviews the elevator can be slightly slow. It would also be nice to have the water dispenser on more floors as there was only 3 when I stayed.

Room size is on the small size but this is rather usual for hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The staff are very friendly and helpful; I had a late flight and was looking at options for a late check-out and the staff advised the different options I had for me to decide. The hotel is opposite a McDonalds, 7/11 and quite a few nice restaurant/cafes nearby! Also a short walk to Olympic MTR, although there is a bit of walk to the actual station from the MTR exit. Due to the humidity and temperature of Hong Kong there was always some condensation visible on the windows, but this isn't a bit problem.

It felt somewhat expensive given how compact the room was, but I think it was reasonable given that accommodations in Hong Kong generally seem expensive

Excellence staffs service. Staff offers us the bigger room and able to check in before schedule. Room cleans with bigger space for 2 persons Location good, Mc Donalds and 7-11 just opposite and able to walk to Kwan Tai Temple. 10 Mins Walk to Olympic station subway and along the way have one good taste cafe, Craft Coffee Roaster., recommended!

The nearest MTR which is the Olympic MTR is not quite near. Need to walk quite a distance abt 10 to 12 mins away. Olympic station nearby to sunny bay station which go to Disneyland resort.

There's a lot of amenities nearby. Fast food, restaurants, taxi stand, bus station. Good location. Have shuttle bus hourly to and fro. Check the hotel website or staff

Location, it is NOT directly near to MRT station. Although hotel provides free shuttle but instruction was not clear. Instructions to hotel were also not clear. But this can be substituted with many local shops nearby.

The toilet in the lobby was very dirty

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping, she was an amazing person, very considerate of our needs. The extra service provided was good, self service laundry was handy, the water fountains too, the free shuttle bus.

I’m sensitive against noise and the rooms weren’t really good isolated. I heard how my room neighbor watched TV till 2am which robbed my sleep. About 8/9am when cleaning started you can also hear the noise from outside. Also some guest talked always on the hallway which you can hear like you are staying next to them. This is a personal thing and as I mentioned I’m sensitive against noise.

The staff were super nice! The room had a good view and had all for a good stay. I always appreciate hotels, were they lend you also umbrellas if you need one. The hotel got be located a little closer to the MRT but it was still ok. I also appreciate it that I could check earlier because my room was ready. That’s a super nice service!!

I can’t overstate how small the rooms are. Like imagine you think you know how small they are then cut it in half. It would also be nice if they had the water refill stations on more floors.

It’s about as good as you can get for a room this small. You’re in a great spot with tons to do right around the hotel, as well as being close to the metro.

The cleanliness can be improved, the cleaning staffs were not very detailed but the overall staff response were fast.

The location is close to alot of restaurants, grocery stores, convenient store, Olympic MTR and the Olympics mall. We were able to find food easily there and dumpling was nice, and had a nice Singapore style Chicken rice for dinner.
