SINCE WE ARE THE GOLD MEMBER BUT WE ARE NOT ALLOW TO GO THE CLUB LOUNGE, THEY SAID ONLY THE DIAMOND MEMBER CAN GO , BUT IN OTHER MARRIOTT HOTEL ALL OVER THE WORLD THEY WILL ALLOW THE GOLD MEMBER TO USE THE CLUB LOUNGE, THIS IS THE ONE I DIDN'T LIKE.

THE ROOM WAS NICE AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

How a few people at the front desk seemed not to provide any help….when it came to some issues

The only issue I had was there was no Indian vegetarian food at the hotel. So, I had to order food from nearby Indian restaurant and had to get it delivered to the hotel. But, the staff there one day said, they couldn't keep the package there at the reception while I come downstairs and collect it. One of the female staff at the Marriott hotel where I stayed, had said 'We don't know what your food is made up of. So it will be problem for our other guests as we don't want our guests to fall sick here. Kindly, coordinate with your food delivery person and collect it from outside the hotel itself.' This behavior is exactly what I didn't like!

The location of the property was really good. There were many shops and food courts nearby and I'd a good time there. Hence, my stay was good.

View of another building and nothing else. No water in room although they have a filtered dispensary on certain floors. No amenities

Had a convention nearby so the location could not have been better, but if I was touring Hong Kong its a bit out of the way. Great access to mtr (7 min walk) and lots of restaurants, and grocery and pharmacy in the same building. Big bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds you can find in Asia.

Small remark: would be nice to have in the room more kitchen appliances for eating.

A bit old hotel. Definitely not worth it's relatively high price. No water bottles in room (you had a jug to pour water from the machine on the corridor out of which water tasted 'funny' and we didn't want to risk) thus meaning it was impossible to take away to the city while being in a hurry.

in some rooms they made some easy renovation and can see the worker not proffessional,,,, hope hotel will hire proffessionals in near future when they need to paint something.

you can take public transport from airport to Hotel (bus stop just on the front of the hotel) , hotel have shuttle to Kowloon station or TST and it will take only 30 min ride. Suite rooms are very good with sleeping room and living room + you can easily make connection for one more twin room , good for families, Breakfast is good and lot of choices so you don´t need to eat every morning same food. Swimming pool is enougg big and inclduding sauna and Gym, if you have luggage then you should use elevator in Car park,

The room was clean and the hotel facilities such as the gym and pool were adequate but I wish the bathroom was a little more updated.

The staffs and services were excellent. The Concierge was really helpful and his service was beyond expectation. On our last day when we went to the lobby to pick up our luggage, he offered to get us taxi but we wanted to take the bus instead since it was convenient. He looked at his watch and told us we still had 4 mins but I was skeptical about us making to the station on time to catch the bus given we had 3 suitcases. He actually offered to carry all our heavy suitcases down the long stairway so that we could catch the bus. And we did!!! Hope he will still be there when we go back to visit HK. Also, other staffs were really good too, including the housekeeping. They were very honest and helpful. They even saved my personal facial hygiene products until we came back from our trip. Greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to other customers.

I noticed I got few bites on my body after sleeping. So wonder if there is any bed bugs? Perhaps hotel can have a good check or thorough cleaning.

Rooms decor are starting to look a bit tired but still very pleasant.

Centrally located with very good public transport links. Nice rooms and good gym/swimming pool. Lovely maid service and generally all the staff were helpful and friendly.
